Beachfront holiday rentals in San Juan

Airbnb should creat a term higher than Superhost only for Rickard. We had a absolutely perfect stay at his place. The place is just paradise, fresh fish coming to you everyday, you don't have to move, some children are always hanging around ready to help you if you need anything. His goat Javier is the loveliest goat on earth and his dog Panther.. well I fall in love with that cute dog, she is the best as Rickard and Nieva his girlfriend. We couldn't wish a greater stay. They showed us secret rover with no tourist at all they helped us with absolutely everything. I have no words to describe that stay it was spot on!! Thank you again Rickard we felt at home for 5 days and we were so sad we had to leave.. we will come back for sure!!!! Miss you guys already!

Min søster og jeg har haft det fineste ophold i Angéles bolig. Vi forelskede os i stedet og det endte med at føles som et lille hjem. Angéle har været den bedste vært, og vi har været meget glade og taknemmelige for alt hun har hjulpet med - om det har været mad, transport, oplevelser i nærområdet eller massage i hytten. Hun har gjort det nemt, og alle de lokale mennesker vi har mødt på vores vej, har været søde og imødekommende. Det har været en meget autentisk oplevelse at bo der, og en kæmpe anbefaling at prøve at bo i den fine hytte på stranden under palmetræerne. Tak for alt. Hilsen Nana og Sara

Nice place! It is a small property with 4 domes. Private beach and restaurant. Didn’t try the bar but they offer bar service as well. The team do their best to make your stay comfortable. Unfortunately some day users of the facilities don’t share their dedication and left a lot of garbage on the beach. We had a good time picking it up with the kids who live there and had fun with some glow lights I had leftover from night diving. The team is really great’. They work hard and are very helpful. The beach at high tide has a sandy bottom but on low tide can be a. Bit rocky. But you will definitely enjoy it. Bring bug spray! Star gazing on the beach is a must.

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

It was a great stay overall, I appreciate the responsiveness and the hosts family even welcomed us. There were some items that need to be fixed but didn’t really impacted our stay. A great place to stay if you want peaceful, quiet, and beautiful view/scenery.

I love the place- beautiful and comfy, feels at home. Host is very friendly and responsive. Caretakers are so nice! Really recommend this place.

Karen est une hôte formidable, elle a été proactive et a rendu l’entrée des lieux facile. Elle répond hyper rapidement aux messages. Toutes ses recommandations valaient vraiment la peine. Le lieu est magnifique, très privé avec des vues splendides et des couchers de soleil incroyables! Proche des activités comme la visite des cascades ou la baignade dans des lagons magnifiques! Wilson vraiment aimable a su répondre à nos demandes. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute!

Gloria is an amazing host. The place was exactly as described even better once you get here. Very clean great Ac. The pool was very clean and nice. I really liked her dogs too very friendly. My girlfriend really loved it too. We both would highly recommend this place and actually this is my second time staying here. Thanks again Gloria for helping My stay to be more enjoyable.

Malin beach resort is one of a kind. If you want to spend time with your family/friends, this is a place for you. It has a private kitchen as well as refrigerator, utensils (for eating and cooking). It feels like you own the whole resort for it provides exclusive areas for you and the whole beach front. The host is very responsive and very helpful. There is also a multicab available for rent in a cheap price which is good for roaming around the island. Their care taker kuya Ricardo and nanay are very friendly and accommodating. Their care taker drivers: Kuys Kent (pick-up and drop off) and Kuya Ricky (during day tour) are also very friendly, they even act as the tour guide during our trip. I will definitely go back to this place. Thank you Malin Beach Resort 🥰

An amazing experience! Definitely a recommendation for both wanting to relax soaking in the sun on the hammock or seeking an adventure snorkelling and experience what the island has to offer. Amazing staff! Thank you to the host for an unforgettable experience defo coming back

Je pense que je vais aller à l’encontre d’un commentaire précédent, Effectivement, on nous demande 1000 pesos de caution à l’arrivée, mais sans dégradation de notre part, on nous les rends au départ. Rien d’extraordinaire ! ALORS si vous cherchez le bon plan pour être dépaysé, au calme, dans un endroit idyllique, ne cherchez pas plus longtemps. Bungalow au bord de la piscine, la mer à 20 m et un petit bar au restaurant au pied de l’eau avec des plats d’une grande qualité. Le patron et le personnel sont d’une grande gentillesse. Je recommande fortement. Merci à vous tous.

Our stay at Runik is one for the books. All the staff are great, they really made sure we are comfortable and made us feel VVIP. The tent was comfortable but it could really get hot inside in the morning, especially at noon but all in all we had a good night's sleep at night. The food is great, the DRINKS are amazing! We'll surely go back soon!

Franklina's place was soo good. One of the best fit-for-purpose airbnbs Ive been in around the world. I had to work remotely during the day and then was diving at night and this was perfect. Balcony has sea view, powerpoints and fan!! Ideal work conditions. Pool was awesome, marine sanctuary at the front. Kitchen was fantastic and there is a deli with cheeses, wine etc 3 min walk away. Ricky on site could help with everything, even picking up my washing when the laundromat forgot to wash it and I had to leave. He also met me to check in at midnight. Even in one day of torrential rain I could still work from the balcony amd watch the storm. Very beautifully decorated and everything seems brand new. Night diving was also world class!! I was so sad to leave this place. Resturant across the road does amazing vegan (and non vegan) food and will bring it to your room too!! Such a great place to stay - infintely better than any hotel!

This place was absolutely amazing. The room itself was so comfortable and nice! Grace was extremely helpful and responsive, and we were able to rent motorbikes and had a laundry service! The views were amazing with a great sunset view, where we actually got engaged on the balcony. Unforgettable.

I completely agree with all of the positive reviews. This seaside cottage is a great place to stay, very comfortable, and convenient to town and the port. I enjoyed the pool and even got to watch a few movies on Netflix. The hosts are fantastic people. They picked me up and took me to the port, which was only a few minutes ride but this is a kind gesture which makes guests feel so welcome. They were kind, responsive, and gave me very prompt and helpful travel suggestions. My highest possible rating!

Un angolo di paradiso! Ho soggiornato in questo splendido posto sul mare e non potevo desiderare di meglio. La vista sull’oceano direttamente dalla casa è semplicemente mozzafiato, e la zona è incredibilmente tranquilla – perfetta per chi cerca pace, silenzio e una vera fuga dal caos quotidiano. Uno dei punti forti è la piscina, sempre accessibile e con un’illuminazione serale dai colori soffusi che crea un’atmosfera magica e rilassante. Come se non bastasse, ci hanno portati in barca su una spiaggia segreta dove abbiamo fatto snorkeling tra acque cristalline e sabbia bianchissima. L’attrezzatura ci è stata fornita da loro e l’esperienza è stata davvero indimenticabile! Un soggiorno che consiglio di cuore.

Bei dieser Unterkunft kann man sich erholen! Es ist ruhig und das Meer ist sogar vom Bett aus zu sehen. Die gemeinsame Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Generell ist die Unterkunft sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Mit einem Scooter ist man schnell bei den nächsten Geschäften oder in den nächsten Städten, die Lage der Unterkunft ist in einem ruhigen ländlichen Gebiet. Zusammengefasst 10/10, hier hat alles gepasst.

Gen, dankjewel voor alle lieve zorgen. Bij aankomst hadden we toch het hutje (ondanks de hele accurate beschrijving) onderschat. Vooral te warm voor ons aangezien we pas net begonnen waren met onze reis. Na 1 nacht kwamen we Gen tegen en voor een vriendelijke prijs konden we een upgrade krijgen naar de airconditioning kamers achter de hut. Wat ontzettend lief en fijn! Deze kamer was voor ons meer dan perfect. Republika is ook van Gen (net zoals Baha Bar; ook een aanrader!) en was perfect voor goed ontbijt en biertjes bij de zonsondergang. We hadden misschien wel graag van te voren willen weten dat er veel geluid is van constructie al vroeg. Locatie is perfect. Dichtbij alles met de scooter.

The place was great! We especially loved the karaoke room although it could use a bit more soundproofing. Its spot/shore was perfect. Gem, the manager, was amazing! She was very accommodating, helpful, and probably was the best part about Sabas. She really makes sure you have the best, most comfortable stay possible. 😊 I just wish public transpo was more available in Lazi as the attractions are a little ways away but that's going to be something for the local government to solve.

Comfortable space for one or two travellers. Location has a gate that is closed at night to provide a sense of security for your motorbike. Fridge and kettle were provided in the room but there is no hotplate or stove. Host kindly provided a rice cooker on request which made preparing meals easier. There is access to a gas stovetop behind the lounge and there is powered mineral water dispenser outside the rooms for hot and cold drinking water. Be aware that if you need to work while staying the wifi signal and speed are very slow and subpar. The location is perfectly situated between Larena and Siquijor making grocery shopping easy. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

Really loved our stay at Republika! The staffs were very kind and easy to communicate with. The location of the airbnb was easy to find, and the view is just beautiful. Will definitely come back ❤️

The place is big and clean. Ac is cold and wifi is stable. Host and caretakers are very responsive and helpful - reliable in asking for directions and help. There’s a restaurant within the area. It’s close to the falls but far from the usual beaches and food spots. Overall, great stay!

The place is very accessible and we enjoyed our stay. Their staff is very accomodating with our requests. During our stay it rained so we'd say Wifi is ok for working if you don't need to be in a meeting.
