The finca is definitely a destination property consisting of about 70 (?) hectares. It is in the country, so it is isolated, private, and the scenery is beautiful. Any activities that are not directly farm and tobacco related will require transportation, which is available at the finca. Don't miss a tour thru the tobacco processing and cigar production facilities. We were on the property in May (warm), which was not the growing season (Dec.) - but we were still able to see the tobacco drying in the drying facility and being processed. The stay can be a bit of an adventure depending on your comfort level - government power outages make use of the air conditioner at night impossible - but we had 4 fans to maintain a breeze at night. While we were staying, we did notice a truck full of solar panels being delivered and installed so hopefully in the future the reliance on the government for power will not be necessary. Alejandro was great person and excellent guide. Would stay again.

We immediately felt comfortable and confident at Ivan's. He is a very helpful and attentive host. We really enjoyed the hospitality with his son Ivan too and the mango juice from the family farm. Great breakfast from the casa. Well located within walking distance of the main street. Comfortable and clean room.

I had an amazing time celebrating my birthday at this fantastic place! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel like family. The food was incredible, and the staff was super attentive. I highly recommend this place - it was an unforgettable experience!

This Hostel is located in a very dinamic town a few minutes from the colourful Viñales Valley. This Valley, inscribed in the World Heritage List Unesco, is encircled by mountains and its landscape is interspersed with dramatic rocky outcrops. Traditional techniques are still in use for agricultural production, particularly of tobacco. In this modern house you will have a private bedroom with all basic facilities, fridge and private entry. Alejandro and Marielise were wonderful hosts. I highly recommend them and the farm. The farm was so pretty, peaceful and fun. Our stay at the farm was our favorite part of our trip to Cuba!
