Located on the third floor of a building (one room per level), with a completely separate entrance. Very comfortable, bright and ventilated room, with a large terrace among the treetops and a private balcony, ideal for nature-loving couples. Nearby there is a very wide variety of services that you can enjoy all day. You can walk to them: local restaurants as well as chains, supermarket, stationery stores, banks, the Jardin de Tequisquiapan, hospitals. One block from the historic downtown, you can enjoy its beauty and nightlife.

The only common area with the house is the garage, which would be the first access, followed by a corridor that is common with the area of the set of 2 studios and an independent loft. The studio is located north of the city and is between the Leon Zoo and Metropolitan Park, 15 or 20 minutes from downtown and the central bus station
