Step into a beautiful, private, upscale Guest House styled in classic earth tones and clean lines. Oak floors, vaulted, white-washed ceilings, and french-doors that flow organically to the enchanting garden to create the perfect California sanctuary. Our Guest House features hand-crafted, artisan tile and whitewashed, wood ceilings, cal-king size "Heavenly" bed with plush, eucalyptus linens, spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower, open concept kitchen which includes dual burner stove top, convection/microwave oven, Nespresso machine & all the necessities for cooking in. Additional features: private entrance, patio with fountains, washer/dryer, on- demand H2O, AC, flat screen TV, wifi, NetFlix, etc. Hand selected furnishings & finishing touches to make your stay a unique and special experience. We love hospitality and built this space with our visiting family & friends in mind. We tried to think of every little detail our guests could need or want while traveling. *Perfect for a romantic get-away, personal retreat or local business trip. We are just west of the freeway so you will hear the hum of the freeway on the property when outside, as well as the occasional honk of the "Surfliner" train and local Coaster train traveling up & down the San Diego coastline. Please feel free to enjoy fruit from any of our citrus trees and vegetables & herbs from the Garden. We will wave if we see you but we do our best to respect our guest's privacy. Please feel free to text us if you need anything at all during your stay, or let us know if you see us out & about. We provide a lockbox with the key for ease of arrival & departure. Encinitas is one of the top surf towns in the world. Situated on a property complete with citrus trees and water features close to the beach. Walk to downtown Encinitas and sample award-winning restaurants, coffeeshops, yoga Studios, and Surf Shops. In town: Walk, Drive, Uber, or take our local "Coaster" train to downtown San Diego.
