Holiday rentals with a patio in San Martin

Matthew was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The space itself was very clean and in a peaceful location, with some great hiking trails nearby. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Oriel’s place during a recent trip to Palo Alto and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The space looks just like the photos, everything feels fresh and nicely upgraded, with thoughtful touches throughout. There’s even a small patio that was perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. It’s in a great location too, just a short drive to Stanford and close enough to everything without feeling too busy. Oriel was super communicative, especially when some construction started next door. He went out of his way to have them hold off while I finished an important video call, which I really appreciated. All in all, it was a great stay. Loved the space, loved the hospitality, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Visiting from North Carolina

We had a great stay at this Petko’s Airbnb in Half Moon Bay. The location is super convenient, with a view of the ocean and easy access to local spots. The home itself is spotless and well maintained — the bathroom and kitchen are especially gorgeous, and the bedroom was clean and comfortable with fresh linens. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was also very responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this place to my friends and family if you are looking to stay in a very cute beach town! You are smack dab in the middle of it all at capitola here. They have surf boards and a boogie board for you to use, we used the surf boards (I rented my wetsuit from ONeill for $10! Don't do the one that's accross the street for 36 if you're strapped for money and have a car just go to oniell!) The apartment was perfect and it comes with a cute backstory about the mom that bought the place many moons ago. The apartment also came with bikes but we love walking so much so we never used them! The beds we SO comfy too!

My husband and I recently stayed in “Fancy Free by the Sea”. It met all of our needs. I loved the way it was decorated and it felt very homey. We appreciated the filtered water in the refrigerator and the available coffee, although we purchased our coffees in town. All in all, very cute, very relaxing space. I would stay there again. I gave it 5 stars.

Cute and clean in-law apartment located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood with walking distance to local hot spots. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. She responded quickly when questions arose. I would recommend this place for a great stay in Santa Cruz!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Donna’s place! The unit was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Towels were thick and fluffy. It’s only a short walk to a couple of supermarkets and Burlingame Avenue, which is full of restaurants and shops. At night, it was quiet. The unit is up on the second floor, so you’ll have to be able to carry your own luggage up the stairs, but this was not an issue for me. Overall, this a is an impeccably maintained vintage unit, and it was a treat to stay there.

Tung’s house was fantastic for my family! The house was VERY clean and had such great amenities! I would stay here again!

Great and clean home, as advertised. We had a family member staying overnight in the Modesto hospital and this was an excellent home for the rest of the family.

Wonderful place to stay in Salinas with quick & easy access to Monterey. Much better than staying in any of the nearby hotels! Kylie is a terrific host and the place is very comfortable and spacious. There are gas stations and grocery stores near by. The kitchen and bathroom have many amenities. It was great having the wifi network available. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Shirley's home in Mountain View. I was working remotely during the entire week while she was at her day camp, and found that this house was very comfortable and clean, while also within close walking distance to Mountain Views nice downtown area that is filled with restaurants. We would love to have the privilege of staying here again in the future.

This beach bungalow is fabulous ! The home is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway! The outdoor patio is a bonus living room! The location has a nice ocean view and easy access to walks along the beach. Heather is a great host! The recommendations provided are very helpful and spot on! Will definitely book this wonderful gem for our next visit to Santa Cruz!

Nice cozy place and good location.

We had a wonderful stay. It is a beautifully designed space that had everything we needed to relax, cook nice meals, sleep well and enjoy the beach which was a minutes walk away. It allowed us to really relax and enjoy our time there- only three days but felt like we were at home! Highly recommend

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. David’s place was absolutely perfect. The views are amazing, the place is beautiful and well equipped, the walk to the beach is so pretty, hanging out at the beach was so fun, and everything about the seascape area was adorable. We came up to celebrate our son’s graduation and staying at David’s place was like icing on the cake. Our stay couldn’t have been better.
