The place is so nice and malapit sa mga store.

The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

We had an amazing stay!!! 🤩🤩🤩🎉 This property is amazing! We stayed there for 2 days we only brought ourselves and a couple of clothes. They have everything we need! We have children and i can say that the house is kids friendly. The house is super clean and the host (Sir Chris) is very very very accommodating and friendly, if we need anything he’s one text away. Definitely staying there again and i’m really looking forward to it! ✅ Highly recommended!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

Really smooth check-in. Instructions were clear and you won't have a problem at the lobby. Joel provides 2 pairs of slippers which is very helpful just consider cleaning it before and after use for hygiene purposes. Cooking and dining tools are provided with rice cooker and an electric kettle. No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring/buy your own. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers. There are lots of storage just explore them and put to good use.

Danica's Pad is a perfect place for a family staycation. With complete amenities and free use of cutlery. A very cozy place to relax and have bond with your fam! The kitchen, comfort room, living room and bedroom was so tidy, clean and cool. It was so enjoyable and fun to stay in a place that feels like home. I recommended this place and will definitely visit again soon. ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Asraya! the place is cozy enough for group of 15 pax and above and the amenities are just what we needed. Perfect for a short getaway!

Probably will go back in this airbnb, the place is great, neat and peaceful. The only problem you will encounter is the insect but it is given because of the surrounding. We loved the bright, open modern design of the place. There was plenty of room for several people to stay in comfort. Gated community and a walled in yard so very safe. It was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor patio area is large and great for parties and the pool is very nice, the kids loved it. There are 2 large malls within a few minutes so it is a good location. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay here, even though I sleep alone. I never felt any negative energy. The homey vibe was top‑tier, and I loved the aesthetic throughout. The mini bar was a nice touch, too. It was also my first time in an Airbnb with a massage chair, and the jacuzzi was definitely the highlight one of the reasons my boyfriend booked this place, knowing I really needed it, haha! All in all, it was absolutely worth it. I’m sad to be leaving early, but I’d definitely come back if I get the chance.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable place. Check in and check out process was flawless. Very techy. The free parking space was a huge factor for us, very convenient. Also some condiments were available at the kitchen. Another plus points. The host was very responsive and made sure that our stay was okay. Kudos to Ms. Vern. We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere of the place was cozy with a touch of fantasy, exactly the atmosphere a hobbit hole should have. All of the little touches made it clear that this place was created with love and attention to detail. It would take too long to list all of the touches that I enjoyed, but here are a few! There’s a faux fireplace, Moria/Rohan/Lorien designs painted on the doors, numerous little Tolkien quotes painted in various corners, painted trees inside the bathroom, LOTR font used for labeling the light switches, a bluetooth speaker made to look like an old-fashioned radio, and even the electric kettle visually looked old-fashioned and cozy. We’re very happy that we got to experience staying here!

My stay with Victoria’s place is great and relaxing. We went to Rizal for my cousin’s wedding and her unit was a perfect place to relax. Her mom is the highlight of my stay. She made sure we get everything we need and took care of us. I’m glad it’s easy to park my car and didn’t have any problems. Overall, it was worth it. Thank you again!
