Holiday rentals with a pool in San Narciso

My family had a relaxed stay. The place is exactly as advertised and it was easy to find in waze/google maps. We had everything we needed. The kids loved the dipping pool, the adults loved the sofa and tv. We love this quiet neighborhood as we used to spend summer here too, so it was great to be back and reminsce with everyone. Glad we found Bettina's place and we will definitely rebook when we get the chance.

The place was great, and worth every penny we spent, we had a really good time and everything was in order, their staff was very attentive and explained everything very clearly. we had lots to do and the place was very spacious for all of us.... the host was very responsive and gracious... we enjoyed every minute of our stay and the bed linens were superb, very comfy and very clean....

Chris has been patient with all my queries before booking the place. Staffs were very helpful and responsive to our requests. Place is beautiful! (although the pool is quite small compared to how I expected it to be.) Thanks for accommodating us.

We had such a wonderful family getaway at Pio at Sunset Strip! The place was exactly what we needed — spacious, cozy, and rustic, with a relaxing vibe that made us feel right at home. Paul was an amazing host — super accommodating, friendly, and made sure everything was ready for us. The house had everything we needed, and there was so much space for the whole family to relax and enjoy. If you’re looking for a peaceful beach escape with loved ones, this spot is definitely worth it. We’ll always remember the quiet mornings, sandy toes, and unforgettable sunsets.

We stayed at this accommodation for three days and two nights, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Nestled just steps away from the beach in a serene and quiet community, the setting offered a peaceful and private retreat that felt like a hidden gem. The house itself boasts a stunning view of the river and majestic mountains at the back, while the front opens up to an uninterrupted panorama of the sea. The home is thoughtfully equipped with all the dining and cooking wares you could need, making it incredibly convenient. All you need to bring are your ingredients, condiments to get cooking. This place is perfect for anyone seeking a serene escape close to nature without sacrificing comfort or convenience. However, do be cautious of the sea—the waves can get strong and might pull you away from the shore. It's something to keep in mind while enjoying the beauty of the ocean.

Lee and Ali have been such amazing hosts!! The place is AMAZING! There is a pool, a nice view of the mountains, Ac, and a jeepney just around the corner to take you into the city. I love how quick the hosts were to respond making this long stay of mine amazing. I would book again!

This place is so spacious and perfect for groups. The bathrooms were so clean and we love the free toiletries. We did give feedback about hoping to have additional deeper pots for cooking soups, and biggert trash bins to organize trash. Nevertheless, the rolms were comfy, the AC's were cool and the place was comfy. All in all it was a lovely stay. We loved the freebiea and

Christopher was very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay, which we truly appreciated. TAV was exactly as described, very cozy, spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom which had a superb interior. The kitchenware was perfect for celebrating our mom’s birthday, dinnerware was complete, with plenty of high-quality plates and various types of glasses. Everything we needed was available. The caretaker was also very helpful and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Very good spot easy walk to perfect beach area and Subic Bay sigh. Very close to the night dinner cruise area the aircon was amazing!! Was already cool when we arrived

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! It was a very nice place to stay in. Unit is comfortable with more than enough amenities. Basic toiletries and towels were provided. Comfort room had heated toilet seats and a bath tub. Kitchen has a working microwave/oven. Built in water purifier for drinking available. Items such as rice cooker, hair dryer, and oil/salt/pepper had to be requested but were provided. My family had a very good time in this place.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this unit. The host had great communication with us. Very secure and private. The unit is tastefully decorated with a comfy bed and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Located in a quiet area surrounded in nature. This is definitely a place we could easily return to, but need to stay longer because of the solitude and peaceful surroundings.

We had a wonderful overnight stay! The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our little family. Our 2-year-old felt right at home, and everything we needed was there. Great spot for a quick family getaway would definitely come back!
