All furniture is of very good quality, has parking, pool, and two Tvs in the main room and living room. Each room has A/C. Oceanfront, 5 minutes from the beach by car. Parking for 1 vehicle only. Social area available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; no alcoholic beverages may be consumed in this space. Fine for each extra person: $100.
