Smoking friendly holiday rentals in San Pablo Etla

The rooftop terrace makes the apartment feel special and unique. Amazing views up there! Luis was a friendly and helpful host. He spent a lot of time answering our questions about Oaxaca and explaining the local history. He's a great guy. The location is slightly outside of the touristy areas, but it's an easy walk, and we actually enjoyed staying in a more local neighborhood away from the hotels and bars. We would happily return to Luis' apartment in the future. No problems at all.

Luis was friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay including the kitchen where you can cook, etc.., and the living room with a nice couch and a tv with Netflix. The apartment has two bedrooms upstairs with a shared small bathroom. The bathroom might be a little small if you are a tall person since the toilet space is kind of small, I would say if you’re 6 feet or taller you may have issues with the toilet, other than that, the space is nice overall and it’s what I expected for what we paid.

Departamento cómodo, limpio , bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del zócalo, el aire acondicionado funcionando perfecto, al igual que el resto de los electrodomésticos, nada ruidoso, linda vista desde la azotea.

Located minutes from delicious restaurants, local shops, a vibrant dance studio, and just above a bustling café that smells like fresh cinnamon rolls all day long. This is a great spot to explore all that the city has to offer. While being very central, the cozy room and private terrace provide a secluded get away when you need a rest after a long day exploring the busy streets. Would definitely stay again!

el lugar es como se describe, bien ubicado, limpio, Edith es u muy atenta y esta pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y además nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones para conocer lugares en la Ciudad, tiene un jardín muy bonito y la estancia es un lugar acogedor, me volvería a hospedar en este lugar nuevamente!

La casa es una gran opción para un viaje familiar o con amigos. El espacio es muy agradable y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estadías cortas o largas. El barrio en el que se encuentra es muy colorido y hay buenas opciones gastronómicas al rededor. Está cerca del centro, aunque requiere caminar un km aproximadamente para llegar a él.

muy limpia, con todos los servicios, baños en cada habitacion, y sobre todo la casa muy linda comoda, exelente estadia.

La casa es preciosa, con áreas recreativas geniales, un hogar muy espacioso perfecto para varias personas, Rafael y edwin muy atentos, nos apoyaron recomendando lugares para comer y pasear, muy exelentes anfitriones.

Excelente casa, Hermosa en todo sentido y en perfecto estado Es ENORME nuestro viaje fue de 8 personas y nos sobraba espacio Las camas super cómodas y deliciosas. En Oaxaca hace frio en invierno y los edredones que tienen las camas cubren deliciosamente, así es que no sientes el frio cuando estas acostado El jacuzzi 1 delicia. El espacio exterior (jardín) es hermoso, la piscina no la usamos debido a que era invierno y preferimos ir al centro a caminar La cocina y demás habitaciones comunes en perfecto estado, muy bonito el mobiliario, además de cómodo El Garage perfecto para 2 o +coches La atención de Lorena es Espectacular, instrucciones precisas, concretas, claras. Súper adaptable, le pedimos ciertas cosas y con una gran disposición nos las concedió Tiene hojas con recomendaciones de restaurantes y sitios de interés en Oaxaca Sabíamos que estaba retirada del centro y al llevar coche eso no es un problema Pensamos regresar a Oaxaca y nos quedaremos en esta misma casa Mil Gracias

I would happily stay here again! The location is quiet and short walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Oaxaca is an old rustic city & the house reflects the rustic aesthetic of the city. The house is a sleeper from the exterior. Once inside you see the biggest selling point of this house--4 separate spaces for guests to hang out. The kitchen is the central hub. The courtyard is green with vegetation and hummingbirds. The terrace overlooks the city and is amazing. Also on the 2nd floor is a sun deck and 2 person pool. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and 3 bathrooms are plenty. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and other large bedroom has bathroom just two steps away. The many gathering areas beat a hotel any day. Mari managed the property while we were there and you can arrange for in home prepared meals. Nothing short of AMAZING. Her mole equaled the Michelin star restaurants in town. We did tours with Zapotec Travel, which were great.

Arnulfo wasTHE BEST host. He gave us so many reccomendations and was so responsive and helpful. Place was beautiful, had a great view and was really tidy. Was slightly noisy with building work next door but otherwise was a perfect stay! Thanks so much Arnulfo xxx

Todo excelente con la ubicación y las características del departamento. Hay áreas de oportunidad con la limpieza, pero nada que impidiera disfrutar la estancia en Oaxaca.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Lugar tranquilo, Andrea siempre amable y atenta en la comunicación. Un poco cansada subir porque está en 4to piso, pero nada que molestará. Cómodo, seguro.

El lugar es acogedor, el espacio es bueno para 4 personas y Miriam siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo.

Buena ubicación. Al ser muchos airbnb rentados ahí hay mucha entrada y salida de personas. Tiene lo necesario. Poner atención a las múltiples cajitas de llaves para no confundirse. El color de las llaves tampoco coinciden con la descripción. Todo bien con el lugar y comodidad.
