This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

Welcome to our newly remodeled condo on the beach. You will have a beach view from the balcony and a short walk to the elevator and/or stairway. Villa del Sol is a gated community with beachfront access to go for a swim. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee bar. You will feel pampered with all the luxuries of a fine hotel. The condo sleeps comfortably, with 2 adults and 2 children. Free cable and Wi-Fi. The complex is currently being renovated, and there may be some noise during the day.
