Villa Rey—Traditional Hacienda Home Near Oaxaca

Our house is a traditional hacienda-type house. The guest bedrooms have their only entries through the outside patio. The private heated pool awaits for a relaxing swim after a full day exploring ruins or touring the nearby pueblos! Lachigolo is a small and peaceful pueblo, about a 15-minute drive from Oaxaca along the Pan American Highway, and around 5 minutes past El Tule. The location makes it a good base for day trips to places like Hierve al Agua, Teotitlan, and Mitla.

Cabin with sleeping platform and terrace viewpoint located on the mezcal route. While you rest, enjoy the scenery of the agave fields, mountains, and stars. Outside there is a shared kitchen that you can use to prepare your own food. The cabin is located on the international highway that connects the capital with tourist places such as Tlacolula de Matamoros, Mitla or Hierve el Agua. All kinds of public transportation pass by on the road: bus, van, or taxi.

We are located 4 kilometers from downtown, near Huayápam and the exit to the mezcal area of Oaxaca. We have space for 4 guests, with two twin beds and a king size bed, distributed in two bedrooms. It has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, terrace and private parking.
