A few minutes by car from Puerto Banús, Marbella, Benahavís and its fabulous beaches, surrounded by the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol (Flamingos Golf Club, El Paraíso Golf, El Higueral Golf Club, Marbella Club Golf...) you can enjoy days of rest and relaxation in our apartment, located in the luxurious Los Palacetes development, in El Paraíso Alto, featuring two fabulous swimming pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi, garden areas, solarium, terraces, free Wi-Fi, private parking (at no additional cost) and 24-hour security service. A one-minute drive to supermarkets and services (Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 150cm bed (memory foam mattress), fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (135cm memory foam mattress), private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and private terrace. Piscina Solo para los Huéspedes y está abierta los 365 días del Año. La Villa tiene una excelente localización a 700 m playa y del Centro del Pueblo, puede caminándo por su hermoso boulevar lleno de restaurantes , cafetería, supermercados etc, A 5 minutos en coche a Puerto Banús y a 10 minutos a Marbella

Cosy 2 bedroom ground floor apartment only 100 m from the promenade within walking distance of both Puerto Banus and San Pedro. The area named Castiglione is a quiet friendly "gated community" with stunning gardens! Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, gym and padel courts. Perfect apartment for a family or two couples. The apartment is 90 square meters, 50 square meters back garden is very well planned with direct access out to the patio and pool area. The perfect vacation home!

Apartment completely renovated with southwest orientation, bright and with a large terrace to enjoy the good weather. It is surrounded by community pools and golf courses. A quiet and secluded area of the city but close to the general road to reach Puerto Banús or Marbella in 10/15 min. It has a bedroom connected to the terrace, a spacious living room, a very spacious kitchen and a cozy bathroom. Also how much with community security throughout the urbanization.
