Perfect location for a 7 day stay in Vilcabamba. Fantastic views from the huge covered terrace. Short walk to town and secure parking for your vehicle.

Excellent accommodation, and the guest is very friendly, thank you for everything

The house has a lot of space and is well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, although the freezer wasn't cold enough to make ice cubes. Warm water for longer than 1 minute can be a challenge both in the kitchen and the bathroom, but overall the house can definitely be recommended. Everything is clean and at night you have a nice view of the city. The owner replies quickly to messages and there's someone available in the same building in case of questions or problems. Be aware that getting to the house from the main street is a very steep walk - much steeper than what I expected based on Google StreetView. I recommend taking a taxi or the bus (which apparently goes on the street above the house, but I'm not sure about that), especially if you have a lot of luggage. But again - thanks to the location you've got a great view of the city. I recommend this place.

Nice cozy place comfortable and spacious highly recommended

The weekend was simply perfect. The house offered the necessary amenities to prepare our food, set up a family table and rest. Board games allowed to enjoy an entertaining family moment before sunset from the hammock, a magical moment. Outdoor hall and awnings allow you to enjoy outdoor food on a sunny day. We enjoyed touring the property, a delight for nature lovers. It was fascinating to see the cows grazing up close and discovering that they are planting native trees. The promenade by the river was very relaxing and unique. The restoration of this centuries-old house is admirable, they have achieved a cozy and comfortable atmosphere without losing its historical charm. Feel the warmth in every corner. We're grateful for this experience. The spacious parking lot was useful for the group. We highly recommend this place for a comforting getaway near Loja! We'll be back!

Everything was impeccable, the place is beautiful and very cozy. It has everything you need to feel at home, I loved the design because it's surrounded by green areas. The location is ideal, it is in a central area, you can take a taxi easily or walk. Fernando was very kind and always attentive to making sure everything is well. I would definitely be back here.

This is a beautiful apartment, well located close to the centre. The hosts are a lovely and very accomodating family. They helped us with all of our bags, they are very flexible about booking longer stays, and they even took care of our cats while we went away. Lovely people, lovely house.

Lorena was always attentive to any requirement. The photos are the same as the landscape that can be seen from the property. An excellent place to get away from the noise of the city.

The house has everything you need! On 2 floors (staircase a little steep), beautiful brightness, lots of space in the rooms and outside, amenities like a washer, hammocks, outdoor sink, 4 dogs who come to see us from time to time 🐕 Roberto is very attentive to getting us what we need. We would highly recommend!
