Holiday rentals with a hot tub in San Phi Suea

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

Katie's place was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was beautiful and had everything we needed, Katie was an excellent host and was very responsive. We enjoyed chatting with Katie's dad, too. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast and the laundry. We would give it more than 5 stars if we could.

We had a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough for peace and quiet, but still close to great restaurants, markets, and temples. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering helpful local tips and making sure I had everything I needed. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive to all of our needs and questions. The beds were so comfortable which was a huge deal for my old back 😅 We loved the open air kitchen and dining space and really appreciated the cook, Aon, making some wonderful meals for us. It’s like a luxury camping experience, surrounded by nature but with all the amenities. Not much to do nearby so come prepared with books, games, and food (if you plan to prepare your own). Overall a great experience, would visit again!

It’s such a unique experience staying at this mountain-view “camping-vibe” dome room/house. The host was very responsive, kind, and friendly to us. The view was amazing, I had not only a great time there also a memorable getaway trip outside of Chiang Mai city. It would be much better if there were clearer guidance or more accurate address in English/Thai of this location. The grab ride was like 850b one way to get there or back to Nimman. Love this place!!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Gorgeous shared pool with a private hot tub and very spacious bedrooms. Everything was pristine and matched the photos exactly. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend everyone to come here when visiting Chiang Mai. Super attentive hosts who are extremely responsive to all your needs.

Group of 6 solo travellers finding a nice place to wind down after the hostel life. The place was super clean and modern inside! The pool was in perfect condition and rooms were spotless! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury but affordable get away in chang mai! Would stay again if i was to visit! Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

I booked these beautiful villas for my wedding guests to stay in. Joy & Joerg hosted us for 4 days, but beyond that, they helped to plan and organize excursions for 21 people and ensured our experience in Chiang Mai was nothing short of amazing. The villa surroundings are green and calm, and the staff that works there are diligent. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you have a group of family/friends looking to book a spot together, do not miss out on this location!

our stay at the villa was everything as described. it is an amazing place tucked in a rural setting. This was where our challenge laid. the villa was amazing, sadly Chang Mai was not the right choice for us. We sadly chose to leave early. however the entire transaction was nothing short of amazing and respectful. I would highly recommend this experience to those seeking a quiet escape. We are grateful for all the efforts that went into accommodating and facilitating our change of direction. We once again wish to thank Sirapatson and the Air B&B team for everything they did to help us find an incredible out come for our holiday! The place is superb, looks exactly the same as pictures and have everything we need. The host is very nice and responsive, will definitely recommend to everyone who wants to go to Chiang Mai.

Honestly, the villa was beyond imagination! Clean as you can imagine, and everything is arranged at the highest level. Even the pool has a breakfast tray floating on the water, we felt like we were in a luxury resort! It has a complete barbecue equipment, we sat down to do a BBQ and stay up, the atmosphere was wonderful. Most importantly, they were very cooperative, gave us great local recommendations and helped us with everything we needed. After, they gave us an early entry. The place was so comfortable and tidy that we didn't feel like going out and exploring. We felt like everything was already in front of us. I strongly recommend it, and God willing, we will return to it soon.

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! Highly recommend to all travelers, you won't regret choosing here ~
