Julián fue una persona muy amable y atenta a las necesidades que surgían, nos ayudó a solucionar problemas que tuvimos y pasamos un momento muy agradable en su alojamiento, 100% recomendado

Nos gustó mucho la casa, y la estancia. Todo muy tranquilo. Tiene todo lo indispensable para vivir. Los dueños muy amables y ayudan en todo. Está un poco lejos del centro de Quito, pero a cada cual según sus necesidades. Personalmente a nosotros nos gustó mucho.

Amandine's place is very 'organic' to stay in, if you know what I mean - the whole house and property is constructed with natural materials, lots of quality wood furnishings in the kitchen and property. The area is great, within a 10minute walk down the stairs near the property (not by the road, so no cars) you're next to the church and another, 10 minute from there you are at a beautiful park with grass, trees, etc. In the other direction, towards Quito, you're at a supermarket (supermaxi) within 15 minutes walking along quiet neighborhood streets. So the location is great. Amandine is also very nice, and her family as well, and the area is very quiet. Feels very countryside for being just a 10minute-uber from the centre. The only negative was it was a bit dusty, but this is likely because we booked the night before AND also asked to check-in early, or because we were the first booking in awhile. Everything else was perfect, so I'm sure this won't be a problem in the future.

Quede Fascinada con el lugar, fue algo muy bonito. Todo super limpio y ordenado. Nos encantó nos sentimos como en casa.

The house was very nice and the view from the 2nd floor was beautiful. Pedro was very helpful in getting us water and anything else we needed for our stay.

Highly recommend Britt and Gigi's place! It's even bigger and nicer than the photos show. This is the best Airbnb we've stayed in Quito! We stayed here for over a month and even extended our stay. This Airbnb has everything you need (linens, kitchenware, appliances, towels, etc). Everything worked great including the huge washer and dryer (which is not very common in Quito). The location is one of our favorites, the neighborhood is very walkable with lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. It also feels very safe. The building itself is very nice with great amenities. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb, we will stay here in the future when we come back and visit!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! It was impeccably clean and had stunning views. The beds are very comfortable just like the ones you could expect in a high end hotel. Loved the kitchen, it had everything you can possibly need. The location couldn't be better—it's super convenient and made exploring a breeze! We felt very safe, thanks to the amazing professional guards who were not only helpful but also incredibly friendly! We will definitely stay here in the future. Highly recommend this place.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado para la crisis de energía, el anfitrión se ocupó de que haya un powerbank conectado al WiFi, además tenía una batería adicional para poder conectar la computadora y otros aparatos electrónicos y una linterna grande. por eso nunca fue necesario utilizar el cowoerking del edificio. El edificio tiene planta para las aereas comunes y es muy pet friendly, no se escucha ningún ruido de la calle, se duerme con mucha tranquilidad. En la habitación principal hay un pequeño calefactor, por si las noches son muy frías. Adicionalmente había un botellón de agua, eso nos encantó. Los anfitriones respondían rápido los mensajes y siempre estaban pendientes.

We stayed at Wendy and Xavier’s for a month and from the moment that we walked into the apartment it felt like home. You will never find another airbnb that is as well equipped as this one. There was everything from a full complement of spices, an array of small kitchen appliances, a bathroom scale and even a tennis racket and balls. The building is conveniently located across from La Carolina Park and within walking distance of the new subway. The building is very secure and we appreciated having a keypad for easy entry to the apartment. Communication with Xavier was great and his responses were complete and seemingly instantaneous. We had a wonderful experience here so much so that we are returning for our last few days in Quito before returning home.

El alojamiento ofrece una experiencia inigualable gracias a su completo equipamiento. La seguridad del lugar brinda tranquilidad y confort durante la estadía. Su ubicación privilegiada permite acceder fácilmente a diversos puntos de interés. La comodidad de sus instalaciones garantiza una estancia placentera. Sin duda, una excelente opción para disfrutar de la ciudad.

Hostería la Ponderosa es un lugar muy bonito, recomendado al 100, tiene varias actividades y uno puede disfrutar la vida lejos de la ciudad. Solo como sugerencia tener agua más caliente.

La cabaña está increíble, un lugar amplio, limpio, ordenado, bonito. Es más grande de lo que describen, la ubicación es tranquila. Tienen varios senderos para caminar, hay lugares recreativos cercanos. Sin embargo, si uno no desea salir de la cabaña o irse muy lejos, se puede caminar en los senderos tranquilamente. Las personas que entregan las llaves, muy amables y atentas. Este lugar lo recomiendo, el anfitrión responde rápido, da las indicaciones para llegar bien. ¡Excelente todo!
