We welcome guests looking for a comfortable and restful stay in our home in the beautiful seaside village of Rhyll. Our home is a 10 minute stroll to 2 local cafés & a restaurant & 10 minute drive from Cowes, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and specialty shops. You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. The apartment includes 2 queen sized bedrooms, lounge/dining with TV, bathroom with bath & shower, laundry with kitchenette.

Nestled in a quiet suburban street just across the bridge from San Remo with cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. We are a 20 minute drive to the Penguin Parade, The Nobbies, 10 minutes from the Grand Prix Circuit and 15 minutes from Cowes. If fishing is your thing, bring your rod and catch whiting from the end of the street. Or if you have a boat, the Newhaven boat ramp is 2 mins away. This is the perfect base to enjoy Phillip Island explore the delights of South Gippsland.

Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

Lakehouse Estate is on 3 acres with private lake.

Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

On the Broadway

New apartment in a fantastic quiet location 10 mins easy stroll to the waters edge and town. Property consists of one big living area, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with most necessities supplied. Very clean and tidy ground floor apartment with easy check-in. Located at the front of the premises. It is self contained with it's own private entry and north facing verandah and views towards the sea. Self contained, situated at the back of our property in our private backyard. (One of two cabins in our back yard). Access through gates and carport. Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, Smart TV, ceiling fan, heater, kitchenette including microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery. Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

A neat 2 bedroom shack with a large secure yard for a pet friendly stay! Short walk to the supermarket, and just a little further on to the pub, pier and town centre. And a short stroll through the end of Bergin Gr will have you on the beach. With all the amenities to enjoy a comfortable stay, whether you feel like lounging at home and cooking up a storm or a walk to Marine Pde for margaritas or a beer. This shack located on a quiet street in the heart of town, gives you the choice!

Sol House, Kilcunda

Sol House was designed to capture the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. This pre-fabricated block-style beach house was built in 2021, to fit the setting of the relaxed, surfy vibe of Killy. A short 350m stroll to the iconic Kilcunda General Store for a morning coffee or the Ocean View Hotel for a cold beer and dinner. Or sit back on the porch overlooking the adjacent parkland down to the wild Bass Coast ocean. Enjoy the flowing gardens, firepit and outdoor entertainment area!

Beautiful views ever changing from the 1 bedroom apartment in a complex with other apartments. Quiet location and 10 min walk to the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The lounge and bedroom open out to the spacious deck and the view. Well behaved pets welcome, dog beach only 10 min walk away plus large shared lawn within the complex of apartments. We have no fenced area to leave your dog, ok inside while you are there. A great place to unwind and watch the ocean.
