Charming Historic Central Texas Cottage

Situated on a large lot with mature trees, the home is two blocks from downtown San Saba and boasts over 2,700 square feet, three bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, a large kitchen, covered porches, and dedicated work space with high speed internet. There is a large circle drive or street space available for those who need trailer/equipment parking. The home was built in 1877 for John Guion, who served as San Saba county judge and was president of the Texas A&M board of directors from 1914-1918.

It is close to the Regency "Swinging" Suspension Bridge over the Colorado River. This renovated cottage style home offers one cozy bedroom and one bathroom with tub/shower combo.
