There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

Detached three-story building, very good location, small yard in front of the door for parking.The room is very spacious, the bed is large, the quilt is comfortable, and each room has a private bathroom and shower.Suitable for multi-person travel and living.It would be perfect if the living room on the first floor had air conditioning.The host responded promptly, a very satisfying stay.

I had an excellent stay at Tim and Paul’s house, it was an overall great experience. The house is very spacious and feels cozy, ideal for digital nomads and other long stays. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurant options (recommending Sushi Jiro), cleaners, small cafes and bars near the house (but not hearing distance). And the value for money is unbeatable for the amount of space. Highly recommend !

I stayed comfortably for a month. The house was clean, and there was no inconvenience in the kitchen to cook food.And it was really nice that you replaced the bedding once a week and provided a cleaning service. If you say you're uncomfortable, you corrected it right away. Thank you.

A great location and nice hosts. Bars and restaurants are easily walkable and communication was great. Definitely recommend!

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Lovely room and pool! staff were lovely and cafe was convenient by the pool. Unfortunately had very noisy people upstairs but otherwise was great. Grand Canyon Waterpark basically across the road and a 7/11 roughly 20/25 min walk but otherwise need taxis to get around.

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

Brilliant stay

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our host, Lalin, and share our experience here. This was actually my second stay in this stunning and artistically designed villa. The community surrounding it was just as tranquil and peaceful as when I visited last time. Originally, we had planned to stay for six nights, but unfortunately, we encountered a rather serious flooding situation that compelled us to move to a different area. Couldn't stay here longer . The host, Lalin, proactively communicated with me to alter the reservation and suggested checking out a few days earlier. If it hadn't been for her timely intervention, I would have been trapped in the flooding and unable to make it to the airport (as taxis were unable to access the area on the following day). Lalin recommended another area in location unaffected by the flooding, and as a result, everything went incredibly smoothly. I am immensely grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her as a host.

Quite place with everything we needed. Nice with access to pool, welll equipped kitchen, free water, Netflix and free bikes for use. Very good attention by the owner as well.

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. The place was very clean. The service was extremely good. We always received quick answers to all our concerns.

It was the accommodation I chose for a family trip, and it was the perfect place for my family to stay. It was the best accommodation where both parents and young children were satisfied, and in particular, the host Fatimma and her staff were very kind and responded perfectly, so I think it will be a great memory. I'm Korean. This is a certification shot restaurant, so why aren't there many reviews? It's 100% the same as the picture. I stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. Location There are quite a few famous restaurants near the accommodation There are two famous nail shops, so it's convenient. There is a large cafe right next to the accommodation that stays open until late at night, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, so it is very convenient. You can go to Old Town, Bancang Wat for 60 baht by taxi. Facilities And the best thing is the 24-hour swimming pool. When everyone is asleep in the middle of the night, when there is no sun, if you swim at that time with only subtle lighting, it's really emotional. You know, it doesn't mean that you can use it 24 hours a day, right? It was very comfortable with a large table and chairs in the accommodation The fridge was also quite large, so it was very convenient. However, it is not a floor mat, but a tile, so it is good to prepare indoor shoes. And since the spear was a wooden spear, The atmosphere is good, but there are some mosquitoes. A home key is essential. I personally recommend it. No need to go to a pretty cafe, just buy a coffee You can eat in the garden of the accommodation.👍🏻 Wearing an umbrella on a rainy night Eating local noodles while walking around the neighborhood I really liked that kind of sensibility. Maybe because it was a local area, it wasn't noisy. But in the morning, the chicken was so noisy... like it was next door. If you need a high-quality product, I tried to make it. I tried to make it. Great stay! The house was clean when we check in, located in a quiet and safe area. Loved the easy check in and good communication from the host. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

Thank you so much jay, family-like company for a few days, responded quickly to all my questions and handled it properly, including helping me to pick up the delivery haha.Plus this house, our whole group was very satisfied, the big lawn allows the kids to run wantonly, the clear pool staff is taking care of it daily, it makes me very comfortable having the kids to play, as well as all the snacks, drinks, red wines in the kitchen and living room are all free tastings, it really was a shock!Washing machine, microwave oven, stovetop, kitchenware, tableware (including chopsticks), you should have everything.The details were so touching.The kids were naughty playing with broken curtains and the staff didn't bother us after they fixed it.We will be back again and can't wait to see jay next time.❤️

It was a very good experience ~

Very quiet and safe place to stay. The security guard was very strict about safety issues every late night when we got back to house by taking online-cars. The host is very helpful on everything and quick replying for our questions. The entire room is clean and nice condition. The distance to 7-11 and Big C mini is walkable. And not too far away from each places we wanted to visit in Chiang Mai. We will definitely choose staying here again in the future.

Amazing loft in a quiet area of Chiang Mai without being too far from the city and near to Doi Suthep National Park. Sujitra and Kasper are great hosts, friendly, proactives and reactives. We had absolutely everything we need, it was stylish, luminous, clean and confortable. We had a really good rest during our week stay because we slept too well and relaxed too much on the balcony each morning. We definitely recommend Sujitra's place for a stay in Chiang Mai.

I loved this place it was perfect for my morning journal and gratitude list. such a lovely family. I got myself in a situation outside of residence I lost my passport and credit cards also 2 phones. Kao went our of her way to help me also Anthony who lives there. within 12 hours everything that I lost was handed in by various village people and kao help retrieve all items. absolutely speechless how much she and Anthony done for me also her father Abdul. from having my life taken away from loosing everything to having it all back is amazing. The people if the local villages also full of complete honesty and wouldnt except any money in return. I will be back for sure I felt so grounded there apart from mishap which was self inflicted outside of property. P.S. dint drink and drive maybe that can give you some explanation to what happened to me. Thanks again all those at earthstay XXX
