Excelente lugar para estar cerca del centro y de muchos restaurantes muy buenos para comer a cualquier hora del día. Justo a una cuadra del merado de La Merced.

Los anfitriones (Juan y la Sra Laura) son un amor ya que son excelentes personas, siempre estuvieron al pendiente. Es un lugar ideal para descansar y vacacionar ya que nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en casa. Y las condiciones son excelentes para sentirte cómodo en un lugar limpio, seguro y muy amplio. Nos vemos nuevamente el siguiente mes. Gracias.

Llegar a Oaxaca y con la cálida bienvenida de Chayito fue lo que hizo mi día, ella muy linda y atenta, muy accesible, el hecho de que me estuviera esperando a mi llegada me dio esa paz como si estuviera en casa. Chayito, muchas gracias, que todos los deseos e tu corazón se cumplan. El departamento muy lindo, limpio y ordenado, dormir en una cama como la del depa, realmente hace un sueño reparador, la zona es muy tranquila, es muy fácil llegar al Zócalo desde el depa y a dos casas, hay un restaurante en donde el cheff mazatleco, cocina delicioso. De, Alejandro, familia y Chayito, que Dios les siga bendiciendo grandemente.

I stayed in Casona Juarez for one month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thoughts regarding this Airbnb are: *The place is like the pictures: two TVs, vaulted ceilings, and a wonderful bathroom. The space is clean, modern, and spacious. *Location—You can beat it! It is between the Zocalo and Santo Domingo. Many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops are within close walking distance. * Safety—Even though this is a street-facing, ground-floor unit, it is very secure. Safety was not a concern. Also, the neighborhood felt safe to walk around day or night (I was usually home by 10:00 p.m.). *Communication - Luis would respond to any message I sent within minutes. Communication was prompt, courteous, and informative. *Tafrric noise—The noise did not bother me at all, but it could be a concern if you are sensitive to noise. Fumigation-They occasionaly fumigate for mosquitos. I would ask them to wait to fumigate your apartment until after you leave. Overall, an excellent place to stay!

My stay here was wonderful. The photos matched the place I was staying at. It was walkable to different areas like the market, food vendors, and pharmacy. The area was quiet and safe. The place was very comfortable and peaceful!

The place was the perfect home base for our quick trip to Oaxaca. Easy to find and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. The host proactively reached out to help make finding the place easy and continued to communicate to ensure our stay was amazing.

I can't say enough about Cathey's place, the location and the neighborhood. I don't think I would want to stay in any other neighborhood when I return to Oaxaca. Judith and Alejandro, the caretakers, are super sweet and helpful. My daughters adopted Alejandro as their Oaxacan uncle---TIO ALEJANDRO! They felt like family to us.

La casa está hermosa! Tiene un estilo Oaxaqueño muy lindo. Esta cómoda, limpia, muy bien ubicada y perfecta para 8 personas, los baños son limpios y modernos. La alberca está cómoda para tomar unos drink y a muy buena temperatura. Perfectamente equipadas! Sin duda reservaría otra vez

Jorge estuvo al pendiente de mi llegada por mensaje y me dio instrucciones muy claras para llegar bien. Ya en la casa su hermano Fernando fue quién nos atendió, super amable, atento y muy al pendiente de los mensajes que llegué a mandarle. También nos dio recomendaciones de en dónde comer y cómo difrutar nuestra estancia. Lo que fue fantástico es que las fotos correspondían a la casa, todo muy cuidado, y además cada cuarto contaba con Smart TV, ventilador de techo y enfriador de pie, así que en la casa no sufrimos de calor. Recomiendo ampliamente la estancia en Casa Roche.

Nahum is one of the best hosts I've ever stayed with! My guests and I are allergic to fragrances and unfortunately the use of scented cleaning products is very difficult to overcome. Even though we were unable to stay as long as planned for this reason, Nahum and his team did everything possible to make our stay a great one. They are kind, responsive, and thoughtful. The casa is beautiful and very central to everything. I would recommend Nahum as a host to anyone anytime!

This place was truly so stunning and Sara could not have been a more gracious host. I unfortunately got very sick during our stay but was still so grateful to be in such a beautiful place for it. The hot tub was wonderful with a view that made you feel like you were fully in nature. They even brought in an electric kettle so I could make tea and gave us their personal doctor information so I could get seen. I would keep in mind it isn’t entirely private there’s places right next door and you can kinda see in when it’s day time and blinds are open. Some drapes and extra hooks in shower would be nice but otherwise it’s so worth it for a short trip since it’s a little pricy. Would absolutely stay again.

Rebeca is an amazing host, she is quick to respond to any issues and requests and was happy to arrange transportation upon vacating for us! The home is sited back off the street with an exclusive use patio. The location is excellent as it is sited a block away from the Mercado with several restaurants and shops close by with the City center about a 10-15 minute walk away. There are also several gyms within walking distance from the home. We especially liked the window screens to keep mosquitos at bay, the washer/dryer, cleaning services and Air Conditioning at night in the bedroom! This is a very nice home in a great location with an amazing host! We feel the home provides good value for what it has to offer and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the beautiful City of Oaxaca.

Todo estuvo muy bien, solo que deben considerar que para personas adultas de la tercera edad son muchos escalones. La cocina muy equipada, de hecho desayunabamos diario ahi, el mercado esta a dos cuadras. Las regaderas muy funcionales. La casa muy agradable. Solo hubo un punto que falló, dos habitaciones no tenian refrigeracion y si hacia un poco de calor por las noches. Segun yo la publicación del alojamiento mencionaba que tenia aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, fue algo que si incomodo. La buena noticia para los proximos alojamientos es que ya tenian en el sotano todos los equipos de refrigeracion para instalarse, asi que el alojamiento es ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO!!!. Otra cosa es que los anfitriones son muy buena onda.

El lugar está muy bien ubicado para el traslado a las diferentes zonas turisticas. El espacio es muy agradable y existe concordancia con lo que se muestra en las fotos. El anfitrión mantuvo excelente comunicación y sugirió buenos lugares para comer y visitar.

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Tilantongo - thank you for being such amazing hosts. The moment we arrived it felt like home - beautiful flowers on the table, water and snacks in the kitchen. Lots of thoughtful details to make for a comfortable stay for 6 weeks with our children, and such a fresh and modern space. The kitchen is well equipped and a great space for preparing food. Senora Paty, who comes and takes care of the plants/garden and patio areas is so lovely and does a great job. We loved being a bit out of Centro and supporting the local community businesses. Fresh tortillas around the corner everyday, fresh queso up the road, and the tastiest tortes not far and elotes coming past at night. Plus can’t forget Raices y Tierra across the road for delicious tacos and tlayudas! We made use of the local buses often and taxis to Centro which was affordable. A favourite air bnb! we hope to come back again to stay here (Oaxaca is amazing) as is Casa T!

Excelente ubicacion. Si te gusta caminar puedes. llegar al centro caminando. El departamento esta comodo con lo necesario para descansar. En mi proximo viaje a Oaxaca volvere a este lugar.

The Airbnb was great, it looked better in person and everything lived up to what it was. The host was incredible at responding and helping out with what we needed. The food recommendations in the apartment were great and Mariana helped us organize a driver to help us get to the airport. Bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and updated. Nice hot water and great AC. Would love to stay here again.

Estancia muy tranquila, cercano al Centro en coche y siempre muy pendiente Salvador. Las instrucciones de llegada fueron muy claras y nos sentimos seguros, siempre tuvimos agua caliente, Wifi y acceso a meter el coche. Sin duda cuando regresemos a Oaxaca nos volveríamos a quedar en Casa Nogui.

Un Excelente lugar para quedarse unos días, accesible y la zona es muy tranquila. La habitación donde nos alojamos estuvo muy bien para una pareja con lo necesario para quedarse unos días. La comunicación con el anfitrión es excelente, te contesta en todo momento y muy amable. Simplemente un lugar excelente para visitar Oaxaca y sus alrededores. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Excelente es la segunda vez que me quedo yo voy x trabajo y Sony siempre pendiente de lo que uno requiere , lo recomiendo mucho .
