Notre maison est située au centre de la France, parfait pour se retrouver. Que vous soyez en famille, entre amis, entre sportifs ou des travailleurs pour la semaine le gîte est fait pour vous car il y a 5 chambres dont 3 peuvent être disposées avec un grand lit ou 2 lits simples. Une grande table commune. Vous pourrez profiter d un extérieur de 1 000 m2 avec un petit coin détente équipé de fauteuils et de transats, d' une grande terrasse équipée d'une table et des chaises de jardin et d'un BBQ.

Située entre Bourges et Sancerre, nous vous accueillons dans notre écurie avec ses poutres, ses pierres apparentes, son poêle à bois au rez de chaussée. (nous fournissons le bois). Un mélange alliant le charme d'antan et le moderne pour un séjour reposant. A la découverte de Bourges sa Cathédrale, ses marais puis de l'autre côté Sancerre, son vin et son fromage : Le Chavignol. Sur une propriété privée de plus de 3ha, comprenant notre maison d'habitation ainsi qu'une petite écurie, le chalet de 35m2 est directement au bord un plan d'eau de 700m2 et peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes. Il se compose d’ une salle de douche, d’une cuisine équipée, d’un salon salle à manger, d'une chambre avec un lit queen size et d'une mezzanine avec deux lits de 90. Vous disposerez d'un immense espace jardin aménagé au bord de l'eau et d un poêle à bois pour les soirées plus fraîches.

Notre maison de campagne, une ancienne ferme berrichonne, se situe entre Bourges, La Charité et Sancerre. Elle dispose d'un grand jardin non clos, cerné d'anciens bâtiments de ferme, et de champs à perte de vue. Un ruisseau et un petit bois longent le fond du jardin. Vous y trouverez tout le calme et le confort nécessaire pour passer un moment de détente, de promenade ou de visite dans les environs. Les pièces spacieuses et lumineuses allient charme de l'ancien et aménagement contemporain.

A little gem set in a peaceful yet central part of Sancerre. Perfect for a couple wanting to explore the area and its famous wines, studying at the local language school, or the Loire in general. The historic town with its fine architecture, bars and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Recently renovated old house and furnished to offer comfortable, well equipped accommodation.
