Second time we have stayed here, will make it a third sometime in the future. Great cottage and location

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Beautiful location, cozy, relaxing and peaceful. Property had everything we needed. Stunning views from the Hot Tub. Host recommend booking a meal at local hotel and it was fantastic. Would highly recommend Brae Cottage.

Amazing stay! The cottage was very cosy, looked like the photos and we felt right at home. Loved having the wood burner in the evenings while having dinner and chatting the night away!

We stayed here for a week with our grown children and their partners. Alasdair's cottage was perfect. It immediately felt cosy and comfortable. The games barn was a fun addition, and a great place to store our bikes when not in use. We got the hot tub going and once up to temperature it was easy enough to keep it ticking over for several evenings. The kitchen was well appointed, enough utensils, crockery and pans for us to cook each night. The cottage is next to open fields and farm land with quiet roads that lead to Cublin Forest. This was an amazing place to explore on foot and on bike, especially the peninsula that runs along the Findhorn Estuary and into the sea. Deserted beach and inquisitive seals. We also drove about an hour north to do some hiking at Glenmore in the Cairngorms. After our busy days adventuring it was always great to return to the cottage to relax and sleep soundly in the super size comfortable beds.

We had the most wonderful stay in Butlers cottage. The attention to detail and interior was incredibly thought out, we have never stayed in such a beautiful cottage. The fires were lit upon our arrival and ross was there to welcome us in and show us around. He was genuinely one of the nicest hosts we have met, you can tell he’s passionate about what he does by how incredibly presented everything was. The garden and grounds were stunning, plenty of routes to walk the dog and plenty of places to sit and take in the surroundings. The cottage is tucked away, very nice and private yet still easy to get to and close to the little shop! which we loved. We bought the homemade rolls kit and they were to die for, easy to make and ended up with loads of them to take home. We will without a doubt be back again soon, we didn’t want to leave!!!

Me and my Girlfriend stayed at Sharon and Willies home and had an absolute blast! It was a lovely stay, so private, so quiet and peaceful, with such a homely feel. The inside of the home was beautiful and well decorated and designed, we had absolutely everything we could possibly need in utensils, blankets etc. The hot tub was absolutely fabulous, very relaxing and calming with a good variety of different modes on it. Both Sharon and Willie were very lovely and even offered us to arrive earlier and leave later than the agreed time for no extra charge, they were very nice to communicate with and went over and above in any way to try to accommodate our stay. We loved the local areas and adventured quite a bit and experienced some beautiful walks and scenery. I would absolutely recommend staying here as it is stunning and extremely peaceful, thank you Sharon and Willie for a lovely holiday stay, we'll be sure to be on the look out for another trip!

This place saved our holiday! We were camping in the Cairngorms and ended up with a catastrophic failure of our tent on the second night. Booked this beautiful cottage at 3:30am and checked in just over 12 hours later! Communication from Laura was fab, and she was always on hand with any queries we had. Delightful little cottage, and the bonus of a hot-tub and sauna made for a very different holiday than we had planned in a soggy tent. Would highly recommend, and would certainly look to go back if we stay in this part of Scotland again

We had a wonderful stay at Bluefolds for my Dad's 70th. The view from the property is spectacular and ever changing, and you'd never get bored of that alone! Sue was a wonderful host, very welcoming and proactive. The accommodation has everything you could need for a stay there. Take your walking boots, make sure your pets are treated for ticks (as its on a sheep farm), and have an incredible time :)

We were so happy with our accommodation. It exceeded our expectations. Great location, beautiful views an all round fantastic place. Bea was a great host, very responsive and had left some helpful reviews of things to do and places to go. We loved it 🥰

We stayed in this beautiful cottage for a couple of nights when attending a friends wedding. The location was great, close to town and the beach and had plenty of space for us. Would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was adorable. Graham and Sharon were there for any questions we had and left us some tasty scones for our arrival. We would definitely stay again.

It is a lovely cottage with so much character and charm. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for groups of 5-6 people. The shower is good and hot and the views are stunning! We were 6 adults and having one bathroom was not ideal but we made it work and you should too! The perfect place to visit in hopeman

Really lovely and well equipped little cottage in a beautiful area of the world. Very comfortable bed. The dogs loved the enclosed garden. Handy EV charger at the front. Caroline was very responsive. Highly recommended overall.

The Old Police House is something special. Warm, homely, very clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location in the beautiful harbour village of Portsoy. The Old Police House felt like home from home. As soon as you walk through the door for the first time, the feeling of 'welcome' grabs you. It's a great base to explore the local area. The village of Portsoy has all of the shops that you'll need. Wendy (the host) was lovely and very responsive. The welcome pack included a complimentary bottle of Prosecco—beyond perfect, and we were so grateful—a lovely touch. In a nutshell. A perfect house in a perfect village with perfect surroundings - walks and beaches.

Loved staying in the cottage in Portsoy, it was a cold, but sunny with showers weekend so the arga warmed the kitchen/dinning room and the house. Great location with the historic harbour, coastal works, dinner at Spire and award winning ice cream shops in Portsoy and Cullen.

What a beautiful cottage in a beautiful part of the world! Pauline & Gordon are such great hosts and provide plenty of recommendations locally. Highly recommend this wonderful property if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and central base to explore Aberdeenshire!

Had a wonderful time staying with Jane. The house is centrally located in Elgin and easy to navigate the Murray coastline where we were playing golf. The house was perfect for our requirements and very close to restaurants and watering holes which made the stay all the more enjoyable. Would thoroughly recommend as a place to stay for those who wish to stay in and about Elgin.

Great stay, great location, everything we needed. We recommend a walk or two on the Speyside Way, Mash Tun in Aberlou is a great place to refuel, as is the Highlander right across from the cottage. And very nice of Michelle to provide a wee jug of whisky in the cottage

Sandend is one of my favourite places on earth. Ian's cottage is perfectly situated near the harbour. Its uncluttered and has modern appliances. It feels immensely comfortable. I will come back as often as possible. 😊

Beautiful, private and cosy cottage in a stunning location. Peaceful, and scenic! The wood burner was a bonus and was used every night. Clean, well maintained and well presented.

Sandra’s Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The living room, kitchen and terrace are a great space - it was lovely to open the doors and sit outside. Sandra was so helpful and gave us lots of tips about what was going on in Cullen during our stay. The location was perfect! We loved our weekend and would definitely stay again next time we are in Cullen.
