Apartment holiday rentals in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

Our condo was great with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was very quick to reply with any questions or concerns that we had.

We had a wonderful double-couple trip here. The hostess is very sweet and is quick to respond. The place is private, right across the street from the beach(not even a minute walk), and has plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had all amenities described and was super clean. We felt right at home, and this has been our best vacation so far. Hopefully we will be back soon!

One of the best places we have stayed, the condo was very clean and has everything you need, the location is perfect everything is close, I highly recommend it and in the future we will stay again

Our family stayed at the Palm's resort and enjoyed our stay. The resort had a awesome pool. The room itself was clean and seem to be maintained. As for booking and communication with Douglas was very helpful and even notified us of a overcharged that ended up saving us some money before the trip. The only drawbacks we notice was the resort doesn't notified you when the pool was closed due to weather which was hard to tell a two year old. But all in all we had a great time and would consider staying here again. Thanks

Louis’s space was perfect for our stay. Super nice and has everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, shower was amazing, and the bidet was a nice touch. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the pool with our coffee each morning. Close to several good restaurants in both PCB and Rosemary.

Excelente apartamento, tuvimos una estadía agradable mi familia y yo. Muy tranquilo y seguro,cerca de la playa. Sin dudas volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Geri’s place was at a wonderful location! The tram was such a nice feature for free access to the beach.

Yari was an excellent host. Very responsive to all my (not always needed) questions. Lol. Was a great time. We had everything we needed. Great location. 5 min walk to shoppes at grand blvd. 100% would donut again.

My friend and I spent two nights here as a little mini beach trip and the connivence is well worth every penny. We were right by the water and the sand was so clean and white. Beautiful ocean view and a (surprisingly) quiet condo for us going on a holiday weekend! The condo location is right in between TONS of places to visit, dine and explore. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was our 3rd trip to stay at Piper Cove and it was the best so far out of the 3 years. Traveling with 4 kids can be challenging for a mom to remember to pack everything. Grant was super responsive and accommodating. I loved that Theresa the local property manager was very quick and helpful to bringing the complimentary beach towels that came with the rental & even cooking pots for me to use for a big family dinner. This was my 3rd annual vacation with my 2 cousins and their families. It was nice to have big thick beach towels to use as well as the free beach chairs and umbrellas service on the beach. We were a family of 6 and had a comfortable stay in this condo. We had plenty of bath towels/ soft toilet paper/ dish soap/ shampoo/ even body wash. The unit had plenty of big trash bags. We walked to Target down the road (1 mile there and back). There is also a Mcdonald’s that shares the parking lot with Target. This property is a great location!

Love the place, cozy , clean and was so close to the beach !!!! I will definitely book again for next year !

I really enjoyed staying here and Yana was very responsive as well as super kind. The place looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. It has everything that you need for your stay. Also, it was super close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend that you stay here if you are in the Panama City area!

This place was beautiful, clean, great view, steps to the beach and close to everything. We were pleasantly surprised with the beach toys and coffee/kitchen supplies available. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Super cute, clean, easy, safe & comfortable —all the things. This is an apartment complex in a very high traffic area with a floor above so be prepared to hear footsteps and outside ambient noise.

I really enjoyed Bradford’s place. He was very helpful and good to work with. The place was amazing. Felt comfortable and was really clean. Lots to do in that area as well. Will definitely come back again.

This beautiful condo exceeded all of our expectations. Great layout. Clean. Abundance of natural light. Perfect location.… This second floor corner condo is conveniently positioned directly across from the stairwell leading down to the ground level, which was perfect for quick trips up and down from the beach. Being a corner unit, this condo felt private and almost secluded because there is no walking access past the front door. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. The corner oceanfront balcony had a great view of the ocean. Laura, the owner was very quick to respond to any question we had. We would definitely choose this condo again!!!

Had a good time, place was clean and looked like the photos. Located across the road from the beach but was able to find parking and within a close distant of restaurants!

This was our first time staying at this location, and we would absolutely book this unit again. Everything was clean and the location to the beach and great restaurants was perfect. We loved having the bikes to ride to the beach, and to nearby restaurants and coffee shops.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Rocky was very responsive. My family of 4 had one of the best times while staying in the condo. The view was great, the AC was cold, the king size bed was so comfortable felt like my bed at home, was able to cook while we were there instead of spending $ on eating out every-time. Was able to keep up with the laundry without having to track all the way downstairs. We will 1000% be back. I will move dates around just to make sure we stay here anytime we are in Florida!

Piotr’s place was lovely- it had everything one could need on vacation! We loved the proximity to everything. We have a young toddler and the different pool options were a hit as they weren’t too deep and helped her build her confidence. Hubs and I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony at night!

our air went out while we were there (totally out of owners control) and once I msgd kally, she immediately called to have it looked at and had a box fan sent over for us. she did everything in her power to get it worked out for us. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful. Really appreciated that! No complaints
