“Prince Edward County is AMAZING! Lots of places to eat and tour. Nada was great and ensured we were comfortable. The space was beautiful! “Little House on the Mountain was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house is beautifully renovated with exquisite taste and style, high quality in everything: decorations, furniture, layout, amenities. I would like to highlight here the evenings spent at the pergola, an incredible view from there and piece of mind. The house provides many forms of entertainment, outdoors there is ladder ball, horseshoes, lawn darts, cornhole. In the house there is a record player (connected to great speakers), Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV, dozens of VHS tapes of good movies (with a player), and four books full of DVDs (with a DVD player). The fire pit is beautiful, but there are many mosquitoes late at night, we would recommend starting a fire around 8pm to avoid the bugs. Conveniently located in-between major touristic attractions, so many things to do around – we went to Sandbanks five times (the two free passes are a very nice bonus), we also visited Huff Estates (definitely check out the Chardonnay !), PEC Lavender Farm, Point Bird Observatory, Millennium Trail, Wellington Farmers Market. The sunsets at Miller’s House patio are priceless and Lake on the Mountain Brewing Company is only about 2 km away at the base of the hill – some very good quality craft beer is being brewed there ! Overall – amazing family gathering of parents, children, grandparents – an unforgettable week !!!”

“There aren’t enough nice things to say about Cathy’s special farm hideaway. Everything down to the smallest detail was carefully considered to make the stay comfortable and special. Firstly, Cathy herself is a great host: kind, communicative and generous. Her alpaca farm is delightful and well maintained. The animals are adorable and so gentle. Our 6 yr old looked forward to feeding them every morning and learning their unique temperaments. Her doggie and kitty are also so cute - the best sidekicks! The space itself is so well designed and thoughtful. Everything from the design, decor, comfort, details and uniqueness of the space made it one of the best Airbnb stays we have ever had. We loved that there was a spacious entryway downstairs for us to stash the overflow of our gear (we had lots of paddling gear and life jackets, etc). The loft was perfect for our family of 3. Everything you need to be comfy. And not only was the studio spacious, it was also spotless. We could see the water from the front window and the animals in the barn out the back window. Mornings and evenings at the farm have a calmness to them. It felt special to be a part of the rhythms. And the swim hot tub was huge - a nice way to luxuriate under the stars. We traveled back and forth from PEC a couple of days and it was no problem. Napanee itself is also very charming - with an amazing kids playground and fishing off the dock at the Napanee river at Conservation Park. Our son caught 12+ fish and we visited the playground everyday. We feel lucky to have discovers this gem. We will be back!”
