Dog allowed by appointment. The apartment is re-furnished after photoshoot.

If you want to experience Rogaland, Foss Eikeland in Sandnes is a good starting point for day trips to, among other places. Preikestolen, Kjeragbolten, Jærstrender and Kongeparken, or a walk in nice hiking areas just outside the door. The apartment is new in 2020 and includes living room, kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. There is both a sleeping area and a dining table area for four. The apartment has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a stove as well as a TV and wireless broadband.

Cozy studio apartment at Håbafjell

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Whether you want to enjoy the amazing nature right outside the door, or have a base to experience what Sandnes/Stavanger has to offer, it is good to be at Håbafjell. There is a great bathing water (Bråsteivannet) 3 km, and 3 km to Sandnes city center. The buses run regularly and we have parking space if you need it. 10 min to Kongeparken and 17 min to Stavanger city center🤩 There is a bed and a double sofa bed, so there is room for 3 people

This modern apartment is just a short walk from Sandnes city centre, with a rich selection of restaurants and shopping. Sandvedparken and Stokkelandsvannet are the closest neighbor, ideal for walking. This is also a perfect starting point for a trip to Prekestolen, the Jær beaches and Kjerag. The apartment has one bedroom, bathroom with washing machine and a new fully equipped kitchen. Good bus and train connections are just a stone's throw away and parking is right outside. Welcome to a pleasant stay!

Private Studio Basement

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

This apartment is perfect for quality time and is spacious. 15 minute walk to the trainstation, and the bus is just outside the front door. The park of Sandved is just a short 3 minute walk away, which leads to the city centre of Sandnes or to the lake of Stokkeland. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Newly renovated basement apartment in old Swiss villa. Walking distance to restaurants, downtown shops, railway station and bus stops. Suitable for a couple or couple with one child - own cot can be put in. Please note that as the apartment is in walking distance to all amenities, there is paid parking near the house. Free in evening/night and from Saturday afternoon to Monday at 0900.

Nice and quiet apartment in Sandnes

Simple and peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. The apartment is located 5 minutes from Sandnes city center by car (about 40 minutes to walk). And 15-20 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. There are also lots of buses during the weekdays, but weekends it's not as optimal. Recommend having a car, as there is a private carport that is available (with electric car charger that can be used for a small supplement)

The apartment maintains a high standard and has a unique location. The apartment is equipped with devices such as Smart TV, contains modern furniture, as well as a large terrace with a fantastic view of the ocean. Here you can enjoy everything from breakfast to late evenings. The apartment is 20 meters from the beach and the beach is open to everyone! It's a peaceful neighborhood and the people are nothing but helpful.

Welcome to stay in my apartment when I am not there myself! The apartment is located in the center of Sandnes with large terrace. Here you live centrally, and can walk to train/bus, shopping mall, restaurants and park. There is rarely noise from outside, but you may hear regular city life on some weekends. A little drive away from places like the Pulpit Rock and the Royal Park.
