“We had an absolute blast at Goudy pond. During our long weekend, we hiked, fished, kayaked, swam and relaxed. Janet recommenced checking out Salmon River Falls, about a 3 mile walk (or 5 minute drive) from camp with ~2 miles of hiking trails and beautiful views. Saturday night, Ed took us out on kayaks through the marsh to a beaver hut and various dams. Beavers swam right by our kayaks! We learned so much about the history of Goudy pond and were pleased with the balance of privacy (personal cabin with our own fire pit, fishing spot, grill and deck) and also social time (shared beach and boats). Everyone was incredibly welcoming and the weather was PERFECT - 80s and breezy. Everything about the weekend exceeded our expectations. Next time, we will bring friends!”

“Liz was very responsive, I was grateful to learn they also live on the property, just in case of an emergancy but far away enough for privacy of the guests. The cabin was so cute. The pictures don’t do it justice. My husband and I love tiny houses. Liz answered my questions when I picked her brain about the cabin. Pro-tips: bring extra paper to help you build your fire. If you need to cook for a family or more then just yourself bring a griddle or butane stove or grill.”
