Gwen met us on check-in and was wonderful. The house was perfect for 3 couples. The location is walkable to many restaurants, shops and beaches.

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

Caribbean Rhapsody Villa was the perfect place for our family vacation. There is just the right balance of privacy and communal space. The location is ideal: right on the ocean but in a quieter area of the island. Perfect for spending a day on the beach with a rum punch at the many fun beach bars, then heading home for an early evening swim in the infinity pool before dinner. In the mornings, we'd open the windows to catch the ocean breezes, and with coffees in hand, plot our day using Paul and Donna's super informative WELCOME book. They offer recommendations on the best food and which beach restaurants have lounge chairs and umbrellas for use. Their suggestions did not disappoint! We had such great meals and relaxing beach days. The villa is comfortable and spacious, and Paul and Donna are communicative in every way. AMAZING! This property exceeded out expectations. From the moment we walked on the property we felt like we were in paradise. From the landscaping to the interior, everything was so well done and thought out. The views from this property were simply breathtaking. Taking the kayaks over to Pinel Island was so much fun and very easy. The pool was a wonderful way to start and end our days and was extremely well maintained. Melissa was our concierge for our trip and from the moment we started planning to the day we checked out she was fabulous to work with. All of our groceries were there when we showed up, we had reservations that she made for us at a new beach each day, and dinner reservations were also made by her for each night, this made out days flow seamlessly. If we needed anything or if there were any changes we wanted to make she was extremely prompt and helpful with her responses. We would love to go back and do it all again!

The property was outstanding. It is a brilliant location, the view had me speechless. Should you decide on this property, you will not be disappointed. I plan on returning and will request it again. The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

Our time at 37 Green Way Drive was nothing short of perfection. The villa is beautifully designed with modern touches, immaculate cleanliness, and breathtaking views of the beautiful blue ocean. Waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and ending the day with a vibrant sunset from the terrace was an unforgettable experience. The check-in process was smooth and easy with the keys left in a secure lockbox, and all the information we needed was clearly provided. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and helpful local recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations!!

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

And the view? Let's just say waking up to that ocean every morning felt like a dream. This magical villa was one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating spaces that we’ve ever stayed at. What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

I absolutely LOVED Tamara’s place. She is very welcoming and makes you feel at home! The pictures of her place do no justice, you must see it in person. Everything was squeaky clean and everything worked properly. There’s a nice view of the ocean, a pool downstairs, and a restaurant downstairs. Everything is pretty close, nothing’s too far which is also a plus. I rate this place 10/10, definitely recommend!

Villa Almond Blue enjoys an extraordinary view, sublime facing the bay. You can see Pinel and Saint Barth from the terrace, installed in a pleasant covered outdoor lounge The house, very nice and simple to live in, offers all the essentials to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

Perfect! After exploring the island I saw that we were in the best place! In front of the best and most beautiful beach on the island! Not a 5 minute walk through the beautiful golf course! It looks like it's in a resort! Apartment view to the golf course and the spectacular beach! All new! It's well worth it!

Beautiful Airbnb experience! Just as described and better. Our stay was amazing. Everything was pristine, clean and accessible. We had a nice kitchen with everything needed inside. A/C unit. Comfortable bed, clean linens. We especially loved our balcony overlooking the beach. Maxwell was extremely helpful in providing us guidance for visiting the island. He also had very clear instructions on how to access the property and check in was super easy and straightforward. Maxwell is extremely responsive and kind. Couldn’t ask for a better host, highly recommend!
