Quaint cottage with wrap around deck overlooking North Sandy Pond. The sunrises in the morning are nothing short of spectacular! This house sits just over the walking bridge from the parking lot near Sandy Island Beach on the pond side and comes with private parking spots. It is also walking distance to the beautiful Sandy Island Beach and you can launch boats at the near by Sandy Pond Marina. Short 2 minute walk from the parking lot to the house. Not suitable for anyone unable to walk in.

The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.

Waterfront Home is situated on an acre of property and is on the Elms golf course, the areas premier golf course. The home is close to the salmon river and snowmobile trails and all of northern New York's historic destinations. This year round home is airconditioned and is well appointed with all the things to make your stay enjoyable.
