Fabulous hosts! Very accommodating and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Extremely safe and walkable neighborhood. Quick and easy access to interstate. Extremely spacious unit with well equipped kitchen, living room, gas fireplace and of course, the amazing hot tub with views. Taunya was the perfect host, available when we had questions or when we had time to chat as well as giving us autonomy and privacy. We had an amazing week staying here. We will definitely stay in touch and book this space again. We hope to meet Christoph on our next visit.

From the moment we arrived, his home felt like a peaceful retreat, and his inviting nature set the tone for a comfortable, relaxing stay. This is our 3rd time staying in Audrey's home! It is the perfect place for our family. Our kids love the toys and hot tub. We will be back again!

Nathan’s place is more than we can asked for. We came to Salt Lake City for medical reasons and his place is only 2.5 miles away from Intermountain Medical Center. The drive going to his place from the hospital is gorgeous! It’s also located in a nice quite neighborhood and close to a grocery store, restaurants, and a strip mall

Perfect overnight stopping point as we were traveling for a wedding in Taylorsville. We loved the natural light in the main room, the fresh eggs, and the linens. We ate at the nearby Beirut Cafe, which was fantastic.

We needed a last minute place to stay after travel delays kept us in SLC over night. Ella graciously answered our inquiry and accommodated us quickly. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. We were only there one night, but could see that it’s super close to the Cottonwood Canyons. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious basement apartment. Safe neighborhood. Everything is as described! would recommend. I stayed with three teenagers and they had plenty of space. Two full bathrooms was a plus!

We had a fantastic stay at this historic basement apartment in the Avenues neighborhood! The design and thoughtful touches, like hotel-grade sheets and complimentary coffee, made it feel luxurious yet homey. The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the internet and three workstations were a lifesaver for getting stuff done. With TVs in every bedroom (boys loved it) and with efficient AC, comfort was never an issue. Temp in Utah got up to 97. The location is unbeatable—close to The University of Utah, downtown SLC, Temple Square, ski resorts, and hiking trails, with a charming neighborhood vibe. Highly recommend this gem for any traveler!

Heavenly place in SLC! The view is even better in real life than in the pictures. We got there just in time for the sunset and we sat in the balcony with a hot cocoa(cocoa power is provided!) and felt so relaxed. Extremely tidy and clean house. The beddings are by far the most comfortable ones I’ve experienced. There’s a space heater in the rooms in case you felt a little chilly at night. Each room has its own tv area so everyone gets some private relaxing space. They even provided a very nice hair dryer that doesn’t burn your hair, a hair curler, and a straightener! The kitchen has so much to offer as well! A large variety of coffee pods and there’re even some treats in the fridge. This is definitely one of the places I want to revisit in all types of seasons. Greenery in summer, leaves in fall, and the snow in winter… already planning my next trip in my head :)

This. Is. The. Place!!! Everything was absolutely perfect! The design, functionality, accomodations, cleanliness, landscaping, security gate, solitude....everything was top notch!!! Heidi was super helpful and kind! We will definitely be back!

For my sister's birthday, we wanted to have a stay-cation. Gina's place had great activities and is a beautiful home! We loved playing pool, ping ping, darts, and watching a movie in the theatre room. The hot tub was amazing and Gina was always quick to respond and super helpful! I think this is our new birthday stay-cation location and will come back for my birthday too!

I have been coming and staying at Airbnb‘s for the last 2 to 3 years every 3 to 5 months. Thomas’s was the best place out of the many I’ve stayed at. I tried to rebook it again, but he is already booked.😊

My friends and I plan and take an annual ski trip each year to a different location. This year we chose Utah and our accommodations were absolutely superb! Their location is absolutely pristine and only 15-20 min from Snowbird and Alta ski resorts (depending on road conditions with snow). We couldn’t ask for a more gracious and responsive host. Their home is immaculate and their lovely home provides everything you can think of and beyond! Make no hesitation in choosing this listing and I provide my highest of recommendations!

This was one of the nicer airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I Airbnb quite a bit. Ryan was quick to respond for a last minute booking and gave us a nice place to rest on our way through town on a road trip. The bed is huge and soft. Couldn’t ask for more.

I stayed with friends for a few nights and I can't say enough about how lovely this apartment is. It's the lower half of a gorgeous mid-century home and a quick drive to city center, restaurants and groceries. The place is spotless and cosy - with a nice outdoor patio. The kitchen is well stocked. Karl was super responsive and even shared a bit about the history of the house, since I'm a mid-century fan. Would happily go back. I'm almost sad my son is done at the University of Utah so I don't have any plans to go back soon. You won't regret staying here. 11 out of 10!

The place was just as described and in a perfect location. Check in was simple and checkout wasn’t tedious at all, just a few minor things anyone should do anyway. Karolynn’s recommendations were spot on for fun things to experience for our family of 5. The proximity to many different local activities made it a breeze to get out and find things to do. The peaceful neighborhood and views of mountains in every direction made this a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to our second trip to Utah!

Cheryl and her husband are great hosts! Their home is beautiful and I felt like I've lived there for years. Everything is methodically thought out and placed. They definitely want you to feel at home and their local recommendations were wonderful! Even our pre-teen was impressed and said it was the best resting spot that she's been to. We recommend staying here!

A basement apartment with its own private walkout entry/exit that was comfortable, clean and had everything one needs for a relaxing pleasent stay. The host was friendly and happy to help if needed. It was spacious with a kitchen that had all amenities one needs and made for a seamless and stress free stay.
