Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sang-myeon

The host was so responsive, friendly, accommodating and kind. The unit is perfect. A lot better than 3-star hotels. The house was very clean. Every little things were thought off for all that you will need. Very homey feel at the same time you will feel that you really are in Korea because of the local neighborhood. We had a very good sleep with the comfortable beds. There are still lots of space to move around for the 5 of us. Very clean and spacious toilet and bath for Korean accommodation. Walking distance from Seoul Station. We are very happy and satisfied staying here. Will stay again when we travel again to Korea.

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

Outstanding hosts. Very helpful and provided excellent tour guides which we used twice for taking us around Seoul shopping. I highly recommend using the service, All amenities exceed what even the best hotels provide and well stocked. We were met upon arrival and provided with food for breakfast (milk, eggs, bread, etc). I am returning to Seoul in a few weeks and will try to find another COZE bnb. Wifi was high speed and reliable. These folks are a pleasure to stay with!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, with many great cafés nearby, and it’s close to the metro station, which made everything easy. The host is amazing — kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I truly felt at home here. I would definitely stay again!

It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. My son was so sad to leave — he actually said he wanted to live here forever! I highly recommend this place to anyone vi

Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! The house was exactly like the photos – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. Usually when I see pictures the places look much smaller, but this place looked exactly like the photos. Every detail was the same and it was a perfect space for my family of five. The owner and Coze are very responsive and offer many extras such as help with transportation guidance, orders, and provided many tips on surrounding schools and stores. The area is very quiet, and the air is so fresh. My kids enjoy the creeks and trails and have biked from here to the Han river as the trails are so nice. If you like to hike, the trail head to the mountain is right in front. The walk to the red line is about 12 minutes away, we are surviving without a car and there are buses right in front. Have been here a few months, and we are so happy with our stay here.

This hanook was so delightful and Jooseok was very kind and attentive. He helped us so much to navigate our visit (both to and from the home) Also, the space was beautiful and the neighborhood incredible. It’s very peaceful yet close enough to a popular street to easily access on foot. Wish I could have stayed a week to enjoy it all. I’d love to come back again. Thank you 🙏 🙏🙏

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
