This was our second time staying in this home, and we loved it yet again! Amazing location and views, great beach vibes and a spacious, comfortable and interesting house with everything we needed. While some of the interior decor looks a little tired, this seems to be due to the natural effects of a coastal location, and it didn’t detract from our stay. The maid, Mosley, was efficient and unobtrusive, and paying her a little extra to come in every day was totally worth it!

A Hidden Gem We had the most incredible experience at this stunning vacation home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. The home is beautifully designed, with spacious, light-filled rooms and high-end finishes that made it feel like a luxury retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it a pleasure to cook our own meals. The outdoor space was a highlight – the private patio, complete with comfortable seating and a lovely garden, was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. What really set this place apart, though, was the host. They were exceptionally welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed and going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. From personalized local recommendations , we truly felt like guests in a home, not just renters. If you're considering a stay here, don’t hesitate – you won’t be disappointed! We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return.

We loved every inch of the place and made the most of the many amenities available. Beautiful interior: The design has an artistic, natural appeal, with Nicola’s personal and thoughtful touches that really showcase her creativity. Beautiful exterior and surroundings: A spacious yard perfect for a picnic, a braai area, and a stunning garden. An exceptional host: Nicola was incredibly friendly, proactive, and responsive. We felt completely at home—it was like visiting family. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and serenity. We’ll definitely return. Honestly, I don’t even want to waste time looking for another place—if it’s not available, I’ll just change my dates, lol. Thank you, Nicola, for making our trip so memorable.

Perfect get away place for family and friends

Fantastic home great sea views and a good pool with outside entertainment areas. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends lots of space and well laid out for privacy when many people are using the facility. Loved the games, books, beach toys and kids toys that were there made the stay very comfortable. Also had plastic cups and plates for the kids which was wonderful. The kitchen had everything one could need and we didn't lack anything. The place is homey. Small niceties were provided like tea, coffee,soap, salt, pepper, oil, ice which helped to ensure we didn't need to buy those annoying things one normally forgets to pack. We had a great stay and can totally recommend the place.

The house was nice and clean and comfortable. The coffee and milk available was a great treat to find, which i wasn't expecting. It was a last minute booking but all went smoothly.

We had a wonderful stay in Port Edward. My family and I truly enjoyed the serene atmosphere and stunning scenery surrounding the beach house. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made our experience even more special. The highlight of our family vacation was the breathtaking beach views from every room, as well as the unforgettable sunrises and sunsets that made each day feel magical.

What an awesome guy you will rarely get a better host than this i mean the guy lives in gauteng but he makes you feel as if his right here to assist and the price for property and location is unbeatable

Thank you so much, Lucy, for allowing us a very last minute check in. We were welcomed with a bottle of Seaward wine by Precious who was on hand to clean and do washing and ironing for us like a little cleaning fairy who just somehow alway had everything perfect for us. We really loved the dstv for the cooler evenings. The sea views from every single balcony were second to none and the rocking chair on the patio was my favourite. The garden is huge and our dogs loved it. The house is big and spacious, plenty of room for 3 generations of family without feeling claustrophobic at all. The garage was very handy for storing our trailer in it. There is a full alarm system but we didn’t feel the need to use it because we felt extremely safe. My dad really enjoyed daily walks to Ramsgate spar which is so close by. My husband and I loved watching the sun rise over the ocean from the lounge with coffee in hand! Thank you!

A little piece of heaven. Right on the beach - it’s surreal. Lots of space to grab a quiet moment or converge together over a meal with the sea as a backdrop. The house has everything you need and more. Thomas is quietly unobtrusive and very efficient at looking after the house and comfort of the guests. Highly recommended.

Inyoni exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is one in a million. A pristine beach that had everything. Good swimming, shark nets and lifeguards. A great tidal "pool" quite small but perfect for kids and dogs to have a paddle and grownups to plop your butt in and just chill for hours. Only homes immediately on the beach had access, so nice and private. The house... It is perfect, set in the most exquisite garden, with a summer house. The jacuzzi was vacuumed daily, was lovely to sit in with a cocktail after a day on the beach. There is everything, every appliance, utensil. Beautiful linens, comfortable furniture, fun little bar, plenty of fridge and freezer space and pantry. The staff were incredible, Thandi is a sweetheart, she really looked after us and even did our washing which was not expected. Mawakhe the induna had the braai clean and jacuzzi vacummed by 7.30 every morning. We will be back, it is an absolute treasure.

We had a lovely 2 weeks in Southbroom. The house was very comfortable and spacious with a gorgeous covered balcony looking out over the bush. The house had everything we needed and the setting was quiet and peaceful - we even saw a pair of bushbuck in the garden ☺️ Sarah was a lovely host. Thank you for a superb stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Munster in this beautiful home. Lyzette was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The house was clean and spacious with a great entertaining area and a beautiful garden. It was very peaceful and private. The house is a short walk away from Aunty's Bay which is a quiet beach with places to swim and rocks to explore. We also enjoyed the pool on hot days. Excellent location. Thanks Lyzette we had a fantastic time and will definitely recommend the place to others - and hope to return ourselves!

Carol's beach house was everything I hoped it would be, peaceful and serene,Patiance the house keeper was extremely nice and friendly and gave us a wonderful warm welcome and departure.

We had a lovely time. Anita's place is peaceful and ideal for a small family. Anita was helpful and responsive. We enjoyed the beach which is 3min drive from the place.

We had a lovely holiday at Captains Cottage. Everything was very neat and the beach is right on your doorstep. Simone is really a fantastic host and she was always there to help us with anything we needed. We are absolutely going back for our next holiday. Thank you so much Simone for everything, we really enjoyed staying at Captains Cottage.

We had a fabulous 10 days at Brendan’s home in December. The house is equipped with everything you could ask for. The outdoor area is fabulous with a built in braai and bar fridge which we used a lot!! The lounge upstairs was a win with the kids and gave us all enough space to just be. Brendan was amazing at sharing information about the area and suggestions on things to do - even helping get hold of a doctor when we needed one.

We had an awesome stay at Shale Beach House. It has everything you need; you don't have to drive anywhere. It is such a peaceful private area; the sea is literally on your doorstep. We loved the jacuzzi bath, jacuzzi and rim flow pool and the permanent ice maker, but there is so many things that make it comfortable to stay in! Wilson was a delight to deal with, had a really easy check in, he always around if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nelius for opening up your beautiful home!

The location was great and the estate offers a nice pool and 2 beaches, one more private and a lovely public beach. There is no pool in the actual villa, but the clubhouse pool is a short drive away. The villa is very spacious and great for entertaining. We had a very pleasant stay.

James's place in Leisure Bay is absolutely lovely! it was so useful to have dstv and wifi during rainy weather. PLUS the ice machine was not expected but invaluable for hot days. The home has ample cutlery and crockery for multiple families but it was great to have the immense fridge and freezer space in kitchen and garage that made it possible to reduce the number of shopping trips as we had space to store everything for 3 families. Bongiwe is fantastic and was ever helpful and friendly.

The house is in a stunning location, you can see the lagoon and the ocean from the balcony. But on the ground floor you are also shielded from the wind. You cannot see any other houses, which makes it very private. The house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. (wi-fi would be a nice addition :-) ) - We could walk to the beach, which is a plus. Southbroom feels safe, the house also has an alarm, so we felt comfortable to leave our things there. Alice was always there to assist with anything. And Barron always responded when we had questions or wanted to find out anything. we really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thanks...
