This is a private rental accommodation that we have prepared for families with children to enjoy a relaxing sightseeing trip. There is good access to famous tourist destinations by train or car, and you can relax in a green environment. The motif is the locally famous peach blossom. There is a dedicated kids' room with a train theme so that children can enjoy trains. ※ There is noise and vibration due to the proximity of the train tracks. We recommend Japan's only seal engraving museum, the Literature Memorial Hall, and the castle ruins. I was born at the foot of Mt. Fuji and came to this city to raise my children. I can provide guidance on a wide range of tourist destinations, and since I live nearby, I can offer support. A portion of the proceeds will be used to fund volunteer activities for teaching Japanese to foreigners.

This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal.
