Perfect stay, comfortable for the whole family!

This home is an Airbnb gem - if you’re looking and it’s open, book it. It is totally serene, the view is amazing, and the house is stunning inside. Everything is new, high quality, and well decorated. Very relaxing and serene. Ivins is a special spot, just outside of St George. Hike in Snow Canyon, theater at 5 Tuachan, trip to Zion. Perfection.

We loved the property - spacious, modern, clean - all lovely!

This was the best Airbnb we stayed at. Clean, spacious, beautiful location, and responsive host. Everything was exactly as described in the listing or better. John, the host, was always just a text away. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which is a huge bonus for privacy and also when everyone gets back from the pool and wants to take a shower. A lot of attention was paid to the little details, from a fully stocked kitchen, to labels on the light switches. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the water park is literally 90 seconds away by foot. Everyone in my party had a blast and will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a relaxing stay in the great nature.The area around the house was also very clean and I felt at ease in a quiet residential area.I want to stay again!

This is a beautiful home in a great area. It had everything we could have needed and was very comfortable. We have 6 boys and they loved the house and all the pools and water places to play. It was also very close to a lot of outdoor attractions and trails, which is why we come down here to visit. I have nothing but positive things to say about this home. We would love to stay here again.

We’ve stayed in the neighborhood before and loved Aleah’s place. We traveled with our kids and the amenities at the home was so great. We loved the kids toys, the kids room with the books and having a high chair. Such a great family friendly place!

Matthew’s place was absolutely fabulous! The highlight was definitely the pool and slide — they provided unlimited entertainment for everyone. We were having so much fun that we never even got around to using the gaming systems or the pool table. The stereo system was a great touch, adding amazing ambience to our pool time, and we loved that the music could be heard throughout the entire house. You truly won’t want for anything while staying here. Don’t bother packing coffee, tea, a blow dryer, or any of the usual essentials — the house is so thoughtfully stocked, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. One of our favorite nightly traditions was roasting s’mores around the fire pit — the kids absolutely loved it! Matthew was also incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. We had the most wonderful stay. Honestly, the only downside was having to leave.

This place was great! It was in a very nice new neighborhood 5-10 minutes from everything. Highly recommend booking!

From the moment we checked in to this lovely property, we knew we had chosen well. It checked all the boxes on our wish list for our family of 5. The master suite was AMAZING with en-suite that looked and felt brand new. The other 3 bedrooms were very comfortable as well. We utilized the outdoor pool and hot tub every day after our activities. Alesha was a very kind and responsive host. She was so generous with offering amenities like lots of towels for shower and pool, pool floats, outdoor grill, bicycles and much more. The neighborhood was quiet, with homes showing tremendous pride of ownership. It was an easy drive to activities like golf and hiking as well as to shops for provisions and restaurants. We could not have enjoyed ourselves more!

We’ve come to Saint George every spring for many years and this was our favorite place to stay. Comfortable, clean home with beautiful surroundings. And the location was perfect for us. Definitely would love to stay again!

Very cool place with a huge pool!

Enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The unit was spacious and well equipped. Great location and easy access to all the area’s great outdoor adventures.

We stayed while we were passing through. It was quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfy, our toddler felt right at home and fell asleep quickly on the bed. If we need to pass through Utah again, this will be the place we stay! 10/10!

This was a very nice, well appointed space. It occupies a basement below an RV garage, so it was very cool during a stretch of 100° days. The lighting is well done and sort of hides the fact that you are underground. One other nice touch was the motion-sensor night lights in the halls, helpful at night. The kitchen area is spacious, fully appointed, and allowed us to have meals in the unit. There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom is also spacious and comfortable, and the bath was poutine and adequately sized. The second bedroom has a single bunk over a double bunk, probably best for a family of three or fewer kids who get along. As a 6'7" man, the bed & corner shower was perhaps not meant for me, and my wife had to sleep on the upper bunk (we let our friends use the master bedroom with the king sized bed). There is a nice pool with a waterfall feature, and a corner jacuzzi. Andy was always responsive, and we enjoyed our 7 night stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's place. It was very centrally located to the venues associated with our trip. The accommodations are top notch and it was a great place to return to after a long day of softball. This place does not disappoint.

Brooke was always responsive and respectful. Definitely will stay here again. We had 10 people and the space was amazing so no one got on each other’s nerves. Having the large amount of bathrooms was such an asset. Definitely stay here again.

Allan was a great host and gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The house was great for a family of 5. It was also very close to Zion National Park and only a couple of hours from Bryce Canyon. We had an amazing visit.

I don’t even know where to start! This place is an absolute gem. I had my micro wedding of 16 people and 12 out of the 16 stayed in this beautiful home. We all had our own space and privacy! And to top it off our host went above and beyond to help accommodate me even BEFORE checkin. She allowed me to mail my wedding sparklers (that I couldn’t bring on the plane) to her address so I could have them for my special day! She also let us check in a few hours early! Which really helped us and our large group get settled in. I could just go on! 10/10 experience. And I quite literally cried when it was time to go because the wedding/the house/my friends and family under one roof to celebrate my husband and myself was literally priceless!
