We had an incredible stay in Ivins, Utah! The home was immaculate—brand new, beautifully furnished, and equipped with every amenity you could think of. The view overlooking the ancient lava field from Snow Canyon was absolutely stunning and added a unique touch to an already serene setting. The neighborhood was peaceful, welcoming, and clearly designed with relaxation in mind. The community pool and gym were great bonuses, and the adult-oriented environment made for a quiet and restful stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and made everything seamless from start to finish. Easy to access and perfectly located for outdoor activities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic getaway in Ivins!

The home is located in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Me and my wife enjoyed our stay there and would definitely book again. Not too far from Zion. Good golfing close by. Enjoyed using the spa after a long day of hiking, and the community pool area was great for cooling off.

We loved staying here! It was really cozy and extremely clean! Melanie was always responsive and helpful, 100% recommend! You can explore nearby since it’s close to state parks and only a hour away from Zion or you can just stay at home and enjoy the indoor pool which was a highlight of our trip, either way this is a great place to stay and have a really good sleep!

Great place! Very clean and organized, equipped with all the essentials. The backyard is beautiful. Temperature was in to the 100s and the place stayed perfectly cool the whole time. Highly recommend!

We Tavel to St. George every year for a softball tournament! This place was so close! Great location! The hosts are incredibly communicative and proactive! We loved staying here! Also the master overlooks a farm. We were obsessed with watching the animals.

My husband and I found this beautiful home and it was perfect for a quick weekend getaway! The home was spotless, easy to find, and in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood! Our favorite part of the home was the comfy sectional couch! So many homes have tiny uncomfortable couches or chairs, so this was a WIN! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, this is perfect. Especially if you’re going to Tuacahn, it took us about 10 minutes to get home after the play.

We loved the space and would stay again! Our kids loved the private pool in the backyard, but also loved how close the complex pool was right across the street

Great place to stay while exploring Zion and the surrounding area. Easy check-in and the place was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed for our group to cook during our stay.

Gerri's place is wonderful - would stay there again in a heartbeat. Spotlessly clean, convenient to ZNP, tons of personal touches throughout like local recommendations, board games, and even left us pancake mix and syrup for breakfast! Check in/out directions were very clear. Rain shower in the bathroom was perfect after a long day hiking. Thank you, Gerri!

Karen’s place was an excellent value! We were not there long and did not get to enjoy all of the amenities but they looked very nice. The condo was a great place to stop on our way to the national parks. Thanks for sharing it with us.

We had a wonderful stay! Brittany was incredibly sweet and communicative, always quick to respond and very helpful throughout the entire trip. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free and pleasant experience!

This was the middle stop of our week long trip and was so nice to have a large house AND a pool to relax. We were right between all the things we were looking to go do so the location was great as well!

Angelea's place was great! Easy 15-20 min drive to Zion visitor's center. Bed was super comfortable after a long day of hiking. Really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Having the ability to do laundry was so helpful. Angelea is excellent with communication. Thanks for a great stay!

AMAZING!! Some friends and I were just driving though on a moving trip and stopped here for the night and it was everything we needed! Clean home, welcome snacks, after a long day of driving was exactly what we needed. The backyard and the hot tub really made the place that much better

This was a second stay at Paige's place. it continues to be the best Air B and B property at which I have stayed. "5's" in EVERY category, just like last year!! For our golf excursion we were never more than 15 or 20 minutes away from a course and we were only 10 or 15 minutes away from downtown St. George and their dining options. can't wait for our 3rd trip next June!

The Cactus Condo is a great place to stay and use as home base for adventures. Directions right to the front door were clearly written and shown with photos. When I arrived the condo was nice and cool. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about the condo, the complex and the location! It was very spacious and the layout was perfect for our family. My kids loved having access to the pickleball courts, basketball court and the pool - we used them every evening during our stay! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed - which was wonderful since we flew and couldn’t bring a ton of necessities with us. It is exactly as pictured. We also loved the area where it is located - in a quiet neighborhood but convenient to so many restaurants and groceries. Diane was super easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to Utah!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for a weekend away. The bed was comfortable, and we loved mornings on the patio by the fountain. We have stayed at a few condos in this same area, and were most impressed with the amenities available at this community. There is something for everyone! Alek was a fantastic host. His directions were extremely clear and he was super communicative throughout our stay.

Such a wonderful place to stay! Closely located to all of St.Georges popular places! The place was spotless and sooo cozy and comfortable! It felt very clean and inviting! I would highly recommend Lesa’s Airbnb. You can tell she took a lot of time and care to make the place perfect! It is so well taken care of :)

Amy’s place was perfect for the week. Very clean, organized and has everything you need. We went shopping and cooked all week and didn’t have any problems. She communicates quickly and was a great host. Las Palmas is an older resort that could use some TLC. My daughter and I used the sketchy weight room…. Would be awesome if they remodeled that. Also the large pool needed better filters, the water was jerky, full of sunscreen. That being said, we enjoyed the resort. Loved walking around the perimeter, close to anything you need and great views!

Great location with 3 separate pools for the kids. Located within about 10 mins of everything in St George. Close to Zion also which makes for an easy day trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our quiet stay here! The bed was so comfy and loved looking out the huge sliding window while falling asleep. The condo was clean and comfy. Betty was responsive to anything we asked. Highly recommend this cute little condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Phil’s place!! It was clean and felt very homey! There is lots to do at the resort and it never felt crowded due to lots of options!! I would definitely come back again! We did have a few minor inconvenience but I let the host know and he was very kind about it and seemed like it was gonna get it fixed for the next guests!!
