La casa( di circa 300 mq) è composta da un ampio ingresso, soggiorno, cucina, 5 camere da letto con bagno privato (una di esse include una vasca idromassaggio) e terrazzo con vista. Il giardino circostante di 2000 mq include un'altra casa più piccola destinata al custode, parcheggio privato, numerosi alberi da frutti, piscina (18 metri) - vista oceano.
