We were very well received by the housekeeper, Zé Carlos, who was always present if necessary The place is the same as in the photos: são s two houses: one with pool and one without, but as you rent the two, both can use it. She is small, but since I was only with my husband, it was great. The Chácara is very well located, located in the Dark Forest in São Pedro, a 9-minute drive from Águas de São Pedro. The host explains very well how to get there, so there's no mistake! The place is very quiet, great for those who like peace!

The Hosts were fantastic! Lúcia, in particular, always responding with agility and staying available! The house is impeccable. There's all tuuudo! Extremely enjoyable for groups and families. A very pleasant living area and the 3 suites very spacious, airy, with comfortable beds! Large bathrooms, excellent showers! The pictures do not describe with such precision the jewel that is this house, in a great location in Analandia! We will certainly be back!

If you seek quiet, this is the place. Located in the city, it seemed that we were in the countryside due to the nature present in the place… surrounded by trees and green, chirping birds, a forest around the neighborhood. There are shops nearby that you can even walk if you need anything in the emergency. The housewife always answered us very quickly when we needed something, very polite and proactive. The house is very beautiful, it has a very complete structure… benches to relax everywhere, sofa in the living room, pool, full kitchen, comfortable bed with pillows and covers, clean bathroom with towels, air conditioning, etc. We truly love and are very satisfied with everything.

Bom was a night due to an event that took place in the city , in question of Mr. Joel I have nothing to complain about very helpful and attentive, there was only a failure in the water issue, and the cleaning needs a little more caprice.. other than that, right on the edge of the praianha.. I hope to return at the next opportunity…

We went as a family for just one night, to rest and for my son to take a test. Alexsandro was always communicating with us, he was waiting for us with the keys, he instructed us very well and was flexible with the schedules. The house was extremely clean and organized!
