Welcome to our 35 sq. meter apartment, perfect for those seeking comfort, practicality and tranquility. The space is complete. The apartment is part of a set of 4 individual units on a quiet and safe plot. 🛒 The location is excellent: We are in front of a beautiful square with an open-air museum, and just a few steps from the market, bakery, butcher shop and drinks store. Quiet and extremely safe neighborhood, ideal for those who want peace and quiet without giving up comfort.

Santa Fé do Sul is 20 km from the Grandes Lagos club in Santa Clara House with two bedrooms and a garage. The space has good amenities to accommodate families, friends and company employees. I have a security camera in the garage facing the house's entrance gate.
