The apartment is in an unbeatable location, beautiful view and the apartment is just like the photos. Excellent facilities, and Diego is very friendly and always available for any questions. The only difficult thing is to find the parking lot, and the entrance of the same to the building, since it is very large and there are several buildings.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need for a short stay, as was ours. Comfortable apartment, very bright and well located. We rent a garage inside the building, but you can park outside on the public road at no cost. Highly recommended accommodation. Eduardo is very attentive and an excellent host.

Excellent apartment located in Bv Oroño, blocks from the Pichincha neighborhood with its bars and restaurants, as well as the coastal area. Very well distributed, clean and comfortable. Tomás always communicated quickly and the check-in and check-out was very simple to do. I would definitely come back and leave it in favorites.

Beautiful property to disconnect! We were a long time with my partner and had a great time. On-site they have a pantry that can save you if you forgot something to eat as there are no places nearby to order food. Right in our stay we experienced foreign light outages, but they were super attentive to compensate us for the inconvenience. The service was super warm and very fast. We'll be back!
