Barrio de Santo Tomás Xochimilco, known as Xochimilco, was founded in 1486 by mexicas soldiers, it´s name means "place of flowers" since it is located on the skirts of Cerro del Fortin where azucenas (traditional local flower) grew in bunches. This is a colonial and traditional place. Walking along it´s streets is a pleasure and walking to the zocalo from here, a 15 to 20 min. will take you to many places of interest, for those who enjoy nature, cerro del fortin is 5 min. away from the house.

Guesthouse Yalina

The place is about 20 minutes walk to downtown so it's easy to move to the historical centre or you can always walk right at the end of the street and different transportation can be taken to the outskirts of the city. The main bus station is quite close. There is also a market 50 meters away from the house. This location is perfect for visitors! We have 2 dogs, they are friendly although sometimes they take distance and bark to the guests until they trust them enough to get close to people.

I Love Jalatlaco - Cozy Hideaway

The property is located in Jalatlaco, one of the safest and most calm neighborhoods in Oaxaca. The bungalow has its own bathroom, a queen size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning as well as a small kitchenete. The room is separate of the main house by the patio and garden. I live in the main house with my daughter and my two dogs . In the property I also have other small room for rent, this is just for one person and it is located in the same patio area.

No somos solo el hospedaje, somos mas! Casa 100% de madera con detalles únicos, llena magia oaxaqueña. El techo de la casa en el árbol es corredizo, puedes ver las estrellas. Huamuchil esta literalmente en nuestro patio trasero, por lo cual estamos pendientes personalmente de su estancia. Si lo desean podemos brindarles alimentos, solo necesitamos que nos avisen con anticipación . También Vehículo con chofer privado y transportación al aeropuerto ida y vuelta. (costo extra)

Great location in Colonia Reforma, close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and 10 minutes away from Oaxaca Centro (20 walking). Brand new apartment with a dedicated workspace, a couch, TV, built-in kitchen, microwave, fan, own bathroom, water heater, and mini fridge. This is an apartment inside a home, me and my family live in the house in the back. You'll have complete privacy. There is an air compressor next to the apartment that can make little noise during the day only.

Downtown Oaxaca is 7 km away (approx 20 minutes by car). El Tule is 4 km away (approx 7 minutes by car)
