The place is very good, quiet and close to everything. Great for families. Aline was very attentive and cordial. The Internet is very good and fast for working remotely. Super recommended.

Mara is one of the best hosts I've ever had, if not the best! In the last 3 months, this was my home and whenever I had any mishaps, Mara promptly solved or helped me solve them. I felt super at home, all my needs were met and Mara was very attentive helping me to adapt to the city. She even helped me find a cleaning lady for this period and also a trusted pet shop for my dogs to bathe safely. I recommend everyone to stay here!

the house in perfect. are two houses in one. we were 3 and spare space. the beds are super comfortable. Leonia and Jeverson are very friendly and helpful. highly recommended. If we return to Santa María sure it will be there.

N we have words to describe our weekend at Casa Desparta. The place is + that perfect, it was the place that even hj (for years hosting us on Airbnb) most made us comfortable and really feeling at home. N lack absolutely NOTHING, fully equipped with td that is needed both in the kitchen and in the leisure part. It has not only a swimming pool, a hammock, a spaghetti buoy, lounge chair, chairs to sit in the shade, a lot of space with fruit trees (some still small) but they leave the beautiful environment, I imagine when they are bigger🤩. The place is of unparalleled calm. The house was SPOTLESS CLEAN and SMELLING. Township had cold beer, ice water, ice and chocolate in the fridge. We walked around, took a swimming pool, stabbed the night at the outdoor fireplace and finished with a barbecue at the barbecue (which had absolutely everything to prepare the meat). We enjoy every moment. We'll be back for sure every time. Gratitude 😊

A great accommodation right in the center of Santa Maria, great service, super helpful, clean, safe, organized, with all the necessary utensils of a house, it has a dryer and iron, we will certainly return to stay with them!

Very interesting, small but cozy cabin, with several appliances available. Outdoor fireplace was the one we used the most. Firewood and kindling were provided to start the fire.

Something unexpected happened when I arrived, but Guilherme was super helpful and rushed to resolve it. The chalet is very good, for those who like privacy and want peace, it is the ideal place. I will return again when I have another opportunity.

Second time we rent this beautiful villa and again we got excellent experience. Outstanding place, fare away from city noise. You can just stay there and enjoy nature. Definitely our choice for every visit of Santa Maria.

We spent two wonderful days at Mr Aliel's house. The house is perfect, great in size and with many amenities, but what really charmed was the outdoor, flowery area of great taste and cozy. It was nice to have a chimarrão, listening to the birds and with an amazing view. We highly recommend their place that is really amazing. We felt at home.

The host is simply an amazing person! She is super accessible and flexible for check-in and check-out, the place was exactly as she described, the garage for the car is exactly in front of the window. We were extremely happy to be hosted by someone as receptive as she was.

It is a spacious, comfortable apartment as seen in the photos. Graziele is an excellent host, she was always attentive to our arrival and our questions or concerns. Recommended

I felt at home, I stayed for 5 days but already wanted to live there rsrs … The apartment is beautiful, host came to receive me, helped me with the garage, I always answered quickly to any questions, the residents are mostly young and very cordial people, the surroundings have a lot of night movement, for those who like it is a cool point to enjoy the stay. The condominium is extremely secure, reinforced gates, with security cameras, gate with automatic time to close. As I stayed for more days, I missed the washing machine only, but there are laundries nearby. I'll definitely come back more times!!
