Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Maria

I stayed with two friends at Jose's place and we immediately felt at home. He welcomed us very warmly and was very flexible with check-in. That was great as we unfortunately had no experience with Sal or Santa Maria yet. All the more we liked that the apartment is in the middle of downtown and we could walk to the main hotspots such as bars and restaurants in the evening as well as the main beach. Of course, it can go into the night accordingly loudly. In the apartment there was a small safe for the most important valuables and 2 front door keys. Most of the windows had a screen. Towels and linen were also provided. Especially as a surfer, the clothesline in the bay window (with lots of windows to ventilate) and dry our stuff was very convenient! We had an excellent 2 week stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, offers fantastic views, and is located in a quiet area but only a short walk from the beach and the main street. Everything we needed was provided for in the apartment. Communication from the hosts was perfect and Carolina was always contactable and immediately responsive during our stay. We would definitely return!

I spend a wonderful week in Linda's &Bo's accommodation and absolutely loved it!! the bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the ocean from the balcony each morning was simply magical. The location is perfect just a 10 minutes walk from the city center, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere while still having fantastic dining options close by. I felt at home the whole stay and I would love to return!

The place was in a beautiful and quiet location on the outskirts of Santa Maria and close to the ION surf station. The rooms were spacious, the ceilings high and everything was functional and adequately equipped. The beds were comfortable and the duvets and pillows were clean and pleasant. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean. The terrace was very nice and due to the location in the lee, so you could sit comfortably outside all day. We felt very comfortable and nothing was missing. The windows all had fly screens and shutters, you could sleep safely and insects stayed outside. Vicky was always easily accessible and helpful.

Close to the beach. Nice area. Good bed, nice balcony. Everything worked out well, including transportation from the airport. Recommended :)

It was a pleasant stay in Thomas' apartment. At the opposite end of the hotel facilities of Santa Maria. Quietly located, but everything in Santa Maria is within walking distance.

Rainer was a super friendly host. He already met us at the airport and took us to the accommodation. The apartment was very comfortably furnished. We didn't miss anything and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located and you could easily walk to everything. We had a lot of nice conversations with Rainer and he gave us great tips for good restaurants and excursions. We will be happy to come back.

A place worth recommending,a little far from the beach,but close to all the attractions in the hotel. Cecilia responds at an instant rate,always helpful,more such hosts. I really recommend and thank you so much

The accommodation was a great fit for us. The villa is very well decorated and generously sized. Having a rental car was an advantage for us. Wayne and his deputy José are thoughtful and committed hosts.

Fantastic apartment and location! Right on the beach, quiet area 5mins walk from the walking streets. Everything you need and more. Little tip, moka pot is provided but bring your own espresso, different style of coffee on the islands, very good too. Carla is great, always available and open to suggestions, perfect host. I'm suggesting this place to all my friends and will be back next spring. Thanks Carla!

Very well-located and very pleasant accommodation. Close to the beach and the city center. All within walking distance. Ines is very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time and can only recommend it. The large outdoor terrace with sea views is a plus.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and local amenities. The apartment itself was clean, had a beautiful sea view, and access to its own pool with plenty of available chairs. The building felt safe and secure, and the host was very responsive and proactive throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

We travel to Cape Verde as a family (child of 03 years) and our last days we chose the accommodation to have days only for the child. Result: More than expected. You can use everything from the resort, which has a lot of programming for the little ones. The drinks are a good price (€3). The space is clean, well decorated and relatively well equipped. We were fully met for our purpose.

Everything was lovely. The apartment is great and had everything we might need, even mosquito repellent for those warm African evenings. We would definitely like to stay at this apartment again.
