Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa Maria Maior

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. We were very kindly received in person and they took the time to show us the accommodation and give us some information about the neighborhood. The location of the apartment is a dream and it was larger than expected. The balcony is a highlight. Overall a very clear recommendation. The 5 stars are very deserved.

We loved our stay at Jorge’s - would definitely recommend. Jorge gave great local insights, was very flexible & very responsive. The area was very central and a great way to explore Lisbon!

The location is excellent. It’s in the beautiful Graca neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and beautiful sunset views. Andréia was friendly and helpful with great recommendations. The apartment was spacious and clean. It is on the third floor so be prepared to walk up a few flights.

The house is a little bit small, than it is shown on photos. Location is very good, it is in very authentic district and you can walk to the central cathedral (se cathedral) in 6-7 minutes and to the city center 15-20 minutes. It was very quiet outside. The fact, that I don’t expect was, that it was a little bit delayed streets, but it is the problem of whole city. You can use all the public transport to get to Irina’s house, among them most popular term N28, the train station is also very close. The host-Irina, is very friendly, attentive person, during the stay always in touch and ready to help.

Thank you to Antonio for giving us a warm welcome, especially as our plane had been delayed and we arrived late. Antonio gave us lots of good advice. The accommodation was of a high standard and of course the view was beautiful. It was great to be located so centrally with many good cafes and restaurants nearby. Antonio, allowed us to stay on longer beyond the check out time for which we were very grateful. We stayed in Lisbon for only 3 days which was not enough, we will definitely return and hopefully we will be able to stay at Antonio’s again!

Amazing apartment in Belém to relax and unwind, with only a 20 minute tram link to the centre of Lisbon. Loved staying here, we’ll definitely be back. Great host, reliable, friendly, and informative.

Absolutely perfect for a couple looking to explore Lisbon. Great location (only 5/10 minute walk to the centre, but tucked away so you’re not disturbed by too much noise or tourists. There are some really good restaurants and bars nearby too. The apartment is small and could probably do with one extra cabinet or table to put your stuff/bags, but honestly for 3/4 days this place is the best!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. The neighborhood is relatively quiet but still has everything you might need and is well connected with various public transport options nearby. António & Mónica were very welcoming hosts and provided useful information. We really enjoyed our stay!

Anabela was an exceptional host. Always available and very helpful. I would 100% recommend her place. Close to Lisbon by car (15 minutes). Very clean space with all the necessary features. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Claudia's during our long weekend trip for the Suncebeat festival. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and we very much enjoyed the bottle of wine left for us. Great location to cross the bridge into the City but then you can head south and enjoy the stunning coast line. highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Isabel’s place. It was clean, bright and comfortable. The place was well equipped and there was a nice deck to sit out on.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in Carlos’s apartment. Everything we needed was there. If I had any issues at all Carlos was extremely prompt at responding and resolving things. I had misinterpreted the apartment as having a garden. There are 2 outside chairs at the end of the driveway within locked gates but not a ‘garden’ as such. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

You honestly have to see it to believe it! The house is such a treasure. We stayed as a family of five, 3 boys ages 9,5 and 4 years old. They did not want to leave :) João was an exceptional host and went beyond to be sure we had everything we needed! Great restaurants just a few minutes walk away and supermarket 5 minute drive away

We had a great time at David’s place with our 2 kids. The beach house is only a few footsteps away from a long and beautiful beach and it provides all the required amenities. Special mention to David who, in addition to being extremely friendly, provided great recommendations and was always available to ensure our stay was good. Thank you and see you next time!

Joao and Sandra's accommodation is a gem. You will be immediately immersed in a unique atmosphere, in a house with great charm. The accommodation is tastefully furnished and has everything you need to cook at home, if you want to. The main meals should be eaten out in our opinion, wide choice everywhere. Very comfortable bed. We were warmly welcomed and received quick and precise answers to all our questions. The station is just a few minutes away! We highly recommend this accommodation and thank Joao and Sandra very much.

We loved staying here! Very spacious, clean, and charming comfortable decor. We loved Twiggy and Peanut the friendly outdoor cats (but she will remove upon request). Being able to park for free is a big plus.

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

Great location and apartment just as described. We parked about 3 blocks from the apartment in a garage that had 24 hour on site office. Little confusion when we checked out because it was cash only, but we could have asked! Ling was great. Very responsive and allowed us to check in early to leave our bags and get on with sight seeing. Great experience!
