I had a wonderful stay at April’s place! Super adorable & in a convenient location to drive to downtown Pensacola & get to the beach. April even let me check in a few hours early which was AMAZING since I was driving and got there earlier than anticipated. Highly recommend & would definitely stay again :)

My son and his friends just checked out. They LOVED this place! It was clean, cute, and had everything they needed for 2 couples! Only 20 mins to beach and boardwalk! Host communicates well and responds very quickly!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotlessly clean, and our host was incredibly responsive. We encountered a minor issue with the entry code upon our late evening arrival, but she quickly helped us get in. As we were moving to the area with our pets, her accommodating nature made a big difference. The environment was quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable stay!

Stunning home. Looks just like the photos. The Bay Area (your back yard) was perfect for my two year old to swim in because it was so calm and not crowded. It is a small space but was still perfect for my family of 4. I would definitely book again!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It's located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was perfect for relaxing. Exactly as described! Very clean and a very welcoming host. Close to many things and easy to locate. Standout feature was truly Josh himself… he was timely, helpful and very thoughtful!

Teri and her husband were so nice and flexible with our situation. The pool was so nice to relax in! Parking was nice with a full size truck. Neighborhood was quiet and safe! Location was close to everything, uptown. The beach and peir was an easy drive as well. Will stay here again!

This was a long Labor Day family retreat for us. There was so much to do for all ages. The condo was nice and roomy. We were able to sit back and completely relax inside. It is on the 19th floor overlooking the bay and the resort, beautiful views! Sarah, responded quickly to all my messages. The resort had good food at the restaurants, lots of pools, right on the beach, an awesome water playground and fireworks on Sunday night that were spectacular! We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat! Thank you Sarah!

Excellent place. Just big enough for a couple of people who are staying together but want their own space. It was spotless, very clean, and I'm very picky about such things. Everything one would need to be comfortable and entertained when not out doing whatever you're in town to do. Loved it and would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Our stay at Kathy Bell’s condo in Sans Souci Room 308 was absolutely amazing—truly better than we expected. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony was a highlight of our trip. Kathy was a great host and made everything seamless from start to finish. It was genuinely hard to pack up and leave when our vacation ended. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The views of the ocean and beach were amazing! You can walk to the pier and to a couple of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. It has everything you need.

What a beautiful place to spend my vacation. Eric was wonderful and came right over when I couldn’t figure out the tv. You can tell he is the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone. The home is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and well stocked. We will be returning, God Willing.

My family did a last minute getaway and this was the perfect place! The views were amazing from every room. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Beach directly across the street and 5 minutes from the boardwalk. We will definitely stay here again!
