Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Santa Rosa Island

Me and my friend loved staying at Ann Marie’s place! She is so sweet and friendly and made us feel right at home + gave us great recommendations since it was our first time in the area. The rooms and bathroom were so clean and she provided us with everything we needed for our stay as well as stuff for the beach. Great place to stay if you’re in Navarre and especially great for young female travelers like us! <3

the location is so convenient and the house is comfy even is u don’t wanna to get out and about there’s plenty to do there communication is top tier !!

We all had a nice weekend. We were out here celebrating my sons 19th birthday. Very spacious house all 12 of us had our own space. I would really recommend this place to all my friends!!

I had the most relaxing and memorable stay at this beautiful country Airbnb! The property is absolutely stunning—nestled in peaceful countryside with a charming pond that adds so much serenity to the atmosphere. Waking up to the sound of birds and sipping coffee by the water was the perfect way to start each day. The home itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host were kind, communicative, and respectful of our privacy, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with natural beauty, this place is a hidden gem.

Our family had a great stay! We loved the kayaks and the neighborhood of the house. Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful and the neighbors were all so nice and friendly. We all loved the layout of the house which all gave us all enough room and all the natural light that came through the windows was very nice also. Everyone enjoyed gathering in the sunroom to lounge and play games whether it was in the daytime or at night. We actually visited several beaches while we were there so that was nice too!

This Christmas was our second visit here. The first time was for Mother’s Day weekend. Both times were wonderful, but Pirates Cove was even better as it had an en suite bathroom. The beds are very comfortable. The decor was very relaxing. I wish we could’ve stayed for a few days more but had to return to Orlando for a wedding on Saturday. Teresa and Shane are super hosts and I highly recommend staying here.

This was a very nice spot for the price paid. It was super convenient—so nice to be able to walk right out on the beach. The balcony was so nice and I loved that they provided chairs and an umbrella. We didn’t use the pool at all so I can’t speak to that. My only suggestion would be to possibly add complimentary coffee or at least put on the post what kind of coffee maker they have. We’re coffee people and figured it was a drip machine so we grabbed a bag of coffee on the way in. When we arrived we discovered it was a keurig, so we had to go back to the store to grab pods. I might have just overlooked it in the listing but it would have been nice to have that info ahead of time. Honestly, not a complaint and I still gave 5 stars, but I just wanted to throw that out there as a suggestion. I will definitely return!

Had a GREAT time at Zac’s beach house. It is in the best location and so close to Seaside, shopping and restaurants. I loved eating breakfast with the oceanfront view on their newly built deck. Zac and his Dad are super responsive to anything we needed. I definitely will book again. Don’t hesitate and definitely book your stay here!!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

We had a wonderful time while staying in your unit! Condo was clean and beautiful. Sitting out on the balcony while drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the ocean was so peaceful. The seafood at the local restaurants was some of the best I’ve ever had! Would stay here again!

Great location! Was perfect for my 3 day trip!!

Perfect location, walking distance to the Baytowne wharf. 5 min drive to the beautiful beach. Only down side in the room is the shower but other than that no complaints!

Overall great impression and nice setup! It was only weird that check in can be only made after 4pm, but the front desk is already closed by then. We had to call the front desk number and wait for 25min before someone showed up.

I absolutely loved my stay. The place was even better than the pictures. Beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were fantastic and made the stay feel extra special. We also loved how perfectly located it was, just minutes from all the spots we wanted to visit, including the beach, restaurants, and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Overall was a nice stay and a great unit. The manager is very responsive with any needs. One thing I loved that wasn’t included in the listing was a beach wagon with chairs, toys, umbrella, towels, and toddler life jacket. Was definitely a nice bonus! The only con I had was the master bed. You can tell it’s old or been used for a while with two obvious indentations where people sleep with a higher lump in the middle. Overall, would stay here again!

The condo was fantastic and way better than described or shown in the photos. It was completely updated and had more than enough room for everyone. Andrew was attentive and friendly.

Everything about this place was amazing!! Very spacious and clean!! My family really enjoyed staying here! Quick walkable commute to the beach and close to many restaurants and stores! Our water was off when we arrived but they turned it on as soon as I called. Everything was perfect will definitely stay here again!

Loved the place, very comfortable beds. Needed a few more details in where to put used towels, where to take garbage. The smoke detector kept chirping, couldn’t find batteries. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. Very clean.
