We had a wonderful experience! The space is amazing and perfectly accommodated my large family. Spending Christmas there was just perfect. The house is very well equipped, with everything we could need, multiple outlets, side tables for those who need to work, cabinets that facilitate organization, and extremely clean in all rooms. The location, minutes from the Alter do Chão waterfront, was a great advantage and made everything even more special. Everyone loved it and spared no praise. I recommend it without a doubt and would definitely come back many times!

Great beach house, large, ventilated, nice to be. Rooms are large and very new bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the fact that standing outside is quite cool to feel on the beach. The only point that can improve is the pressure of showers and discharges that is weak in the toilets inside the house. But nothing that cannot be overlooked, the house is organized and very comfortable The location is even great, you can do everything by walking. A Maria Edileusa was great, the homemade as well, and when I return to Alter I hope the property will be available.

The house is perfect. Diana has a lot of attention to detail: great showers, dishes for everyone(10 pax), complimentary nespresso coffee, snacks, and the Brazil nut bullet with chocolate everyone LOVED IT! kkkkkkk we used the barbecue to make fish(I recommend Tambaqui and Puppy) and barbecue. The layout of the rooms is great, there are 3 on top and 1 below, and the mattresses, the bedding sets the decor… all this made a difference to make our stay mega comfortable. We haven't seen the days go by, it's an amazing house anywhere in Brazil, and being in Alter makes all the difference. Congratulations on good taste. I hope other people are as happy as me and my group of friends stayed this 2024 New Year's Eve!

I had an excellent experience during my stay! The place is very well maintained, clean and comfortable, ideal for resting and enjoying the region in peace. The reception was attentive and helpful at all times, which made all the difference on the trip. I highly recommend and would definitely host again!

This place was exactly what we had in mind when booking, privacy, forested environment, bedroom with airco, good internet, walkable distance to town and to the lake (from where you can also get to town). The house itself, as any house, had a few maintenance issues, and on Saturday night through Sunday afternoon, we had the bad luck of having neighbors playing loud music. Having said this, Manoela was very responsive and proactive with resolving issues that came up. She is truly a superhost. Talking about noise, we loved the visits of monkeys, the common squirrel monkey and the silvery marmosets, the latter making loud but beautiful bird like sounds. We also heard howler monkeys, but they didn’t pay us a visit, unfortunately.

Impeccable house, everything super clean and organized, exactly as described. Super safe location. I will definitely stay there more often.

Great location, we walked to both the centrinho and the point where it picks up the boats for the rides. Communication with Andressa was very easy, she responded quickly and always very kind, everything we need was solved immediately. The house was super clean and is actually very comfortable, it is just like in the pictures. We consider this airbnb a find, well worth it. We recommend it!

Very good space, close to the center, the house is great and the host is a great person. She allowed us to leave our things in the house before check-in time and to leave after check-out time, as we are from another city and the boat we took only leaves at night. Anyway, everything was great!!

The location of the house is very good, close to the main street and the island of love. The hosts have always responded to me very quickly for questions, and have always been very proactive to help! The house is exactly the same as the photos, with a beautiful swimming pool with hydro.

Despite being only a few days in Alter, Alan's house is wonderful because it is well located, spacious, airy, clean, with everything you need for a large family and even a bunch of friends. It has a parking space that fits several cars, a swimming pool and barbecue in the back and even some toys for the children. The place is very quiet, close to the bus and waterway terminals. I loved this house and highly recommend it. Thanks, Alan.

The house is exactly as Luelba described, in addition to its great location where we do not need to rent a car because the house is close to the center and the beach, Luelba was super receptive! Definitely one of Alter's best accommodations!
