This place was exactly what we had in mind when booking, privacy, forested environment, bedroom with airco, good internet, walkable distance to town and to the lake (from where you can also get to town). The house itself, as any house, had a few maintenance issues, and on Saturday night through Sunday afternoon, we had the bad luck of having neighbors playing loud music. Having said this, Manoela was very responsive and proactive with resolving issues that came up. She is truly a superhost. Talking about noise, we loved the visits of monkeys, the common squirrel monkey and the silvery marmosets, the latter making loud but beautiful bird like sounds. We also heard howler monkeys, but they didn’t pay us a visit, unfortunately.

They were super responsive and always available if they had any questions. The house is wonderful and the place offers a lot of calm.

Very good space, close to the center, the house is great and the host is a great person. She allowed us to leave our things in the house before check-in time and to leave after check-out time, as we are from another city and the boat we took only leaves at night. Anyway, everything was great!!

Great beach house, large, ventilated, nice to be. Rooms are large and very new bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the fact that standing outside is quite cool to feel on the beach. The only point that can improve is the pressure of showers and discharges that is weak in the toilets inside the house. But nothing that cannot be overlooked, the house is organized and very comfortable The location is even great, you can do everything by walking. A Maria Edileusa was great, the homemade as well, and when I return to Alter I hope the property will be available.

The location of the house is very good, close to the main street and the island of love. The hosts have always responded to me very quickly for questions, and have always been very proactive to help! The house is exactly the same as the photos, with a beautiful swimming pool with hydro.

Thais was charming as much as his home. He helped us with tips on who to take tours, massage, how to get to the house, everything. Best place you could have chosen. The almost private beach less than 5 minutes away also made a difference.

Cozy space, beautiful view and well located. The hostess welcomed us very well and gave us all the support we needed. The workers at the venue were also very friendly and welcoming.

High points: The space is great, large bed, giant tv, air-conditioning. All brand new. Space apartment and well furnished. Quiet and quiet street. Easy check in. We miss some inexpensive appliances that would make it easy for a breakfast and an unpretentious snack, such as a blender, misteira… an airfryer would also be a good idea. Little crockery and pots too. Basic items like salt, sugar, oil are missing. Salt and sugar we picked up in the restaurants because we didn't have to season a fried egg or sweeten a coffee. The fee charged for items that get dirty is absurd: the house does not even have 20 kitchen items. On the first day there was a cockroach in the room.

The stay was quiet and comfortable. Levi welcomed me to the house and gave me all the instructions I needed, in addition to the flexibility in the check out. The location of the property is very good, and the paintings in the house give it a special charm.

The stay in the apartment was perfect, all exactly as described in the images, very cozy, with ctz we will try to stay more often in the next visits to alter, note mil!

I loved the accommodation! The strong point is the location, in front of the waterfront and the fish market, where you can see the dolphins!!! I was in a very comfortable suite, just like the photos. Tuuudo de bom, super recommend. José always available online to answer all local questions and tips. Thanks for your hospitality. I love it.

Very nice room with good location. Very quiet to walk at night and meet restaurants or kiosks on the waterfront. The communication was very quiet and the answers were very quick.
