Excelente espacio. Privado y lindo. La anfitriona estuvo muy antena en todo momento y nos ayudó en lo que le solicitamos. La ubicación es excelente, en puro centro de Santiago, con restaurantes y tiendas cerca.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Alberto. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est à minutes du centre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et nous avons même dîner un soir à la casa. Je recommande !

部屋やシーツ類が清潔でセンスが良いです。 滞在中だけでなく、滞在前から細やかな気配りやアドバイスをしていただきました。 パティオからの眺めも素晴らしく、安心して寛ぐことができます。 食事もとても美味しいです。 良い思い出ができました。 ありがとうございました。

una habitación hermosa y grande, la terraza muy bonita, en una zona tranquila y cerca del parque céspedes.

We had an excellent stay. First Laidania was great in responding very fast and accurately to our questions. The area is very nice and quiet very close to this exclusive neighborhood called Vistaalegre. It is also 10 minute drive to downtown and the taxi is always available because the driver lives across the street, how convenient! The house had 2 private rooms with very clean full bathrooms. On the roof (terrace) there is this small vineyard that gives great grapes, shade for the afternoon siesta and great vine. If you are going to Santiago de Cuba I highly recommend this place.

Liebesvolle Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und immer lächelnd. Service wie im 5 Sterne Hotel. Jeder Wünsch war von den Lippen abgelesen. Alles super auch alle in der Nähe… Sehenswürdichkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Notfalls wurden Besorgungen für uns übernehmen. Sehr sauber uns auch Wächeservice inklusive. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We booked Yanets place in Santiago for a week and we were really happy about it! Great location, great host and nice spacious house. We enjoyed our breakfast (pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs and great coffee!) in the morning sun on the patio before we went to salsaclass. Yanet gave us recommendations for the best paladares and dance lacations. La Claqueta is definitely a winner ;) thanks for the great stay!

La casa è in ottima posizione e rispetta pienamente la descrizione, è pulitissima, l'host molto gentile, mi ha aspettata a tarda ora per fare il check in, è disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni in caso si abbia bisogno di qualcosa. La camera è molto spaziosa, Il letto è comodo, l'aria condizionata e il ventilatore a soffitto sono sicuramente un plus, sicuramente una bella casa a poca distanza dal Parco Cespedes, se torno a Santiago, la scelgo ancora,

Este es un lugar que queda muy cerca de lo que Santiago tiene para ofrecer. La hospitalidad se dejo sentir desde el primer momento y la experiencia fue muy buena, la pasamos muy bien y seguramente regresaremos a la casa con Roxana. El ruido propio de la calle se escucha muy poco adentro cuando se cierra la puerta. This place is really nearby to Santiago's landmarks and for our trip was a plus. The full house was for us and Roxana has the hospitality and the extra. Clean, well equiped home and a reasonable price. We will return for sure.

Marjoris y su familia son gente adorable, me sentí como en casa. Los desayunos y las comidas muy ricas, sin duda repetiria. Lo recomiendo un 100%

Mi sono trovato benissimo con Gerardo. Molto gentile e simpatico, la sua casa è centrale. Vicino alla stazione dei bus e al Malecon. Pulito, economico e comodo. Ampio cortile. Vicino al mercato del Gallo. Bagno in camera e acqua calda. Servizio bibite e colazione. Ottime pizze. La consiglio a tutti.

La Casita de Marta es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Santiago. Ubicación estupenda, habitación y estancias muy cómodas y además contamos con la amabilidad y rapidez de Marta y Adela que nos prepararon el desayuno rápidamente y gestionaron diferentes servicios para ayudarnos. Totalmente recomendable!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Silvia war großartig. Nach knapp drei Wochen auf Kuba mit durchwegs positiven Erfahrungen in Privatunterkünften hat sich unsere letzte Station als eine der Besten erwiesen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön - genauso wie der Rest des Hauses. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die herrliche Terrasse. Silvias Familie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Besonders mochten wir den Traubensaft aus den eigenen Trauben, die uns auf der Terrasse Schatten spendeten. Auch die Lage ist optimal, um Santiago zu erkunden. Vielen vielen Dank für alles, wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Tutto perfetto. La casa indipendente ed accogliente aveva tutto il necessario. La famiglia era super gentile ed ospitale, mi hanno accolto a braccia aperte ed invitato a passare molto tempo con loro e amici. Grazie mille

Eloy’s casa was wonderful. We were assisted remotely by Eloy while planning and preparing our trip. He provided very useful information. On arrival we were graciously greeted by Eduardo and Yuni and later Sonia who together host and manage the home. They were all exceptional and so kind and friendly. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable as was the front sitting area and the beautiful terrace with view of the city. Breakfast was good and filling, appreciated the availability of water for purchase and extra laundry services. The location is ideal! Just two blocks from ventral Cespuedes Park and almost straight down the hill to the Alameda. Great for walking everywhere in the historic Santiago de Cuba. We highly recommend the casa and would stay again.

Le estancia en casa de Caridad&familia fue perfecta. Me atendieron y ayudaron en todo momento y su confianza fue máxima para mí, más en mi caso que viajaba solo. Sin duda, recomiendo su alojamiento para pasar unos días de vacaciones en Santiago ¡no os arrepentiréis! =)

Ich habe Arnoldo und Fabio angetroffen. Beide sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, weit über das Maß hinaus, das man erwarten kann. Sie haben mir sehr geholfen meine Rückreise zu organisieren und hierfür viel Zeit aufgewendet. Auch ansonsten watcher Umgang sehr angenehm. Herzlichen Dank hierfür. Ich empfehle diese Gastgeber und die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt.

Me encantó haber conocido a Fernando y su esposa. Son gente muy comprensiva y nos ayudaron a cada hora con lo que sea ya que viven en el mismo edificio. El lugar está bastante céntrico y tienes el apartamento entero para ti mismo con dos cuartos. Justo abajo hay tiendas en mlc para comprar lo que se necesite y también estacionan carros a los cuales puedes preguntar para llevarte a lugares turísticos más lejanos como el cobre. A acomodação é muito agradável e muito bem localizada. Fiz tudo a pé na cidade! Estava tudo muito limpo. Norka serve um café da manhã bem completo. É uma anfitriã muito solícita e agradável, me ajudou com taxi no dia que fui embora, e preparou comida para eu levar. Me ajudou também com câmbio de moedas. Recomendo bastante a casa de Norka!
