Sesmarias Mel is a traditional “Alentejana” style home located amongst the gorgeous rolling hills of the Alentejo region. The 90 ha property is situated just outside the quaint village of Cercal do Alentejo and is surrounded by the meadows and ancient cork-oak trees that are iconic to this part of Portugal. The tracks that pass the property and lead into the scenic surroundings provide ample opportunities for hiking/biking, and the beautiful beaches of the Alentejan Coast are a short drive away.

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

La ubicación es excelente, con una gran terraza con vistas al hermoso puerto de pesca y el sonido constante del mar ,las grandes ventanas dan a la cala. Junto al apartamento se encuentran algunas de las playas más hermosas, calas tranquilas con maravillosos acantilados. Es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar paseos a la Ruta Vicentina. Its waters are crystal clear and rich in tasty fish and seafood that delight visitors. The house was built in a new neighborhood, where more houses will be built. It is possible that, from time to time, there will be noises caused by any work in progress.

Monte das Casolas is a rural retreat nestled amid an unspoiled oak forest (Montado) in the countryside near Grândola. Surrounded by rolling hills and lush green or yellow landscapes, this enchanting destination offers an authentic experience where you will immerse yourself in peace and nature. The village of Cercal is 10 min drive away. We both grew up in the area since babies and therefore we love coming here throughout the year. Having this 'monte' is a refuge for us which we enjoy to connect with nature and the sea.
