The house was built in 2003, modern lines, with a covered area of 208 m2 and 500 m2 of garden. It comprises: living room, 3 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, porch, panoramic balcony, garden and parking area. The available room is very spacious, fitted with a double bed and served by a large private bathroom. Beyond the room, visitors have access to the common areas of the house can make your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. If you want a second room of this house see another ad available on Airbnb. To further explore the island we recommend car hire and can park on the property. Once in Pico can take advantage of visiting the islands of Faial and São Jorge, on boat trips with a duration of 45 minutes. The airlines that operate to Pico and practice promotional rates are SATA and TAP. We can, on request and depending on our availability, support the arrival and departure from the island. We are waiting!

“We had a much needed relaxing week at the studio, with only the sounds of the sea & birds, exactly what we wanted. Snorkelling off the little harbour was fantastic, with lots of different fish of all shapes, colours & sizes, plus crabs & starfish. The studio is fantastic and the Pico cheese, bread & honey left by Monica were lovely & a nice thought. We managed to find everything we needed in the village & neighbouring village, so a car is not essential. But we did borrow one for a day and drove along the east & south coast & back over centre of island. We fell in love with the island & area and will definitely return. Monica was very helpful during our stay & we had everything we needed, plus the extras, which made it very special.”
Stay in a stone house, recovered from the original ruins, in the amazing Pico Island, with a 180º view of the ocean and facing Island of S. Jorge. The house which is full of modern comforts and amenities and a heated outdoor pool will make your holiday bliss!! The owner lives in one of the houses, so you may meet her and have a chance to just say hello or ask about the island, but the whole property, gardens, decks, pool, barbeque, etc. are for guests’ use only.
“This is an amazing place to stay on Pico. I couldn’t get out of the pool ever. Same three times a day or more. Perfect temp. Ana was incredible host to us and a friend. Very clean, stylish, comfortable, great location with private gate. After a rain the rivers rushing by the house while the endemic bats swooped to drink from the pool and eat bugs. We had six adult kids plus us then later a couple stay. Lots room and privacy for all. I’d stay here again anytime for sure! Pico is lovely. Full hiking trails. Three made it up MT Pico. Saw a Sei whale on a wet ride. Just the best. Thanks Ana!”
