Spacious and peaceful accommodation with a central location and views. Modern penthouse of 167 sqm is on the 3rd floor and consists of two large bedrooms with a walk-in closet and cupboards, two toilets, a large living room and terrace, fireplace, small pool, air conditioner, etc. Private parking (outside too). Access to both shops, public transport and some exciting places in the immediate area, such as, Malecón, Guibia beach, Plaza Juan Baron, direct and easy travel route to Alcazar de Colon.
