Thiago was extremely attentive and helpful with us at the time of checkin, assist us with a parking lot for the nights and help with the apt until the end of the stay. Very well located and close to everything on the beach.

It was what we needed to rest very well. Communication with Murilo is great, he is helpful, available, gives good tips for our stay and clear instructions on how the condominium works. Quiet stay Well located flat, close to several restaurants, malls and bars, and with a beautiful view of the beach. Marcelo was quick and friendly. It's very worth the cost-benefit. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

Very good accommodation, facing the beach, easy access and amenities in the area. Close to restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Everything is fine, perfect organization and clean. I recommend it.

The condominium is beautiful and the employees are attentive and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need for very comfortable stays. An impeccable decoration, very clean and very beautiful, we love and certainly indicate. The hostess is very attentive too, readily willing to help us.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Great apartment in a convenient location, and I doubt you could find a better view anywhere in Santos. Sueli was super helpful, too, especially as I don't speak much Portuguese.

Apartment with a foot in the sand, close to bakeries and supermarkets, it has air conditioning in the suite and in the living room, the host was super proactive and with effective communication, I'm sure we would return on the next trip to Santos! It has a garage that made it a lot easier! I recommend it!

This is a very special place. Peculiar place for architecture lovers. This is an Artacho Jurado pearl in front of the most beautiful beach garden on Earth (in the Guinness book as the largest beach front garden one). For me and my daughter it was an experience that we wanted to leave. Worthy of every moment. Highly recommend for its design, large spaces and location. Now, if you are noise sensitive and/or light sensitive on sleeping hours, you might struggle to have a good resting night. The street noise is intense night and day. The two floor to ceiling windows’ facades are only protected by sunscreen shades, with no blackout curtains. We were VERY pleased to spend our days there, and equally pleased to move into a quieter place to sleep the following days :)

I wanted to thank Mrs. Maria Edina for the extreme attention she gave to my in-laws during the period they stayed there, they loved the stay in the coziness of her home, the apartment is fantastic and very cozy, you can be sure that we will return whenever we can, a big hug and thank you very much.

We went weekdays, quiet stay. Clean and smelling environment, very comfortable bed. Apto is small but perfectly functional, has air conditioning, fan, kitchen with basic utensils (pots, detergent, cleaning products, minibar/refrigerator, etc), has a hairdryer in the bathroom. We were left towels and sheets to use, but as we took it from home, it turned out that we didn't need to. Attentive gatehouse, quiet neighborhood, we parked in the building's garage. From the fit to the beach you just cross the street. All near: ice cream shop, restaurants, hamburger, gym, playground for children on the beach sidewalk, city bikes for rent (with Bike Santos app), orchid/zoo, mall, etc. It is well worth it, the host and co-host are attentive, always available and have shown us places to visit. Note: I recommend drawing up a travel plan so that they do not miss anything, as there is a lot to know in Santos. Thank you so much for welcoming us ❤️
